HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wish I could rate a zero, please don’t waste your time here. Total of 53 minutes of drive thru wait time, half of which I was pulled forward to wait and I was forgotten about. I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR and go inside where I was forced to wait even LONGER, just to be given a refund. No apology, no explanation, no food, NOTHING. This place is TERRIBLY run. There were multiple employees wandering around aimlessly, going to the restroom, taking food to their cars, etc. This location has ZERO concern for customer service. Memphis is known for bad customer service but this is by far the worst. Eat anywhere else, friends.
The be playing up in there. They never have change that’s just a lie. There are certain restaurants that tell you they don’t have change to steal your money. When you see employees laughing and playing. That will make you think that they will do something to the food. It’s been bad for 2 years. This is an establishment that will use Covid as an excuse not to work. I no working with the public is not easy. I’ve had to move on I don’t really trust any of the pop eyes with my food. They play too much. Still blaming bad business on shortage. This is coming from the manager. I guarantee you there is a bad GM at this location . Hold tight guys. Bojangles is coming to Whiiten Rd and Austin Peay . Maybe they will have change to give back to the customers
4/16/2022 at 5:55pm: Did not appreciate an employee laughing after everything that was being ordered. They did not have anything available but nuggets and “some tenders”, went ahead and ordered and was being mocked by another employee while we ordered the food. Told the person on the window and laughed and said “oh no it’s someone else”. Prefer to go anywhere else before going to a place that is disrespectful and does not have a welcoming customer service.
Not enough workers the lines stay long. The Bartlett location be ghetto full of little kids. My mom ordered dinner last week from that location and two pieces of chicken had hair on it. You guys must not wear hair nets? #Trifling❗
This place used to be great and I would eat here every payday. You could sit down actually inside the restaurant and have a nice delicious meal. Now ever since everyone’s favorite excuse “covid” this place is total garbage! Cannot sit inside which is ridiculous, takes at least 45 min to get through drive thru and after you finally get your food it is always wrong in some way. Just terrible and I’m sure they don’t care because if they did it would change.
Ordered a 16 piece dark meat, told her 3 times day meat...I guess they thought it would be funny to cram about 6 breast and 5 wings into the box instead. They were out of two of the sides on their menu, they gave me 2 macaroni and cheese rather than one macaroni and one red beans and rice. They charge extra for dipping sauces then fail to put them in the bag. This entire time you are not greeted at all, you are not told a total, you are looked at like they hate you. This location is seriously the worse ever.
Was told drinks dont come with the combo meal??? what are we combining then for $8 ???
Order taker was very pleasant..I didn't order food but my husband did..He tried the chicken sandwich and said it was pretty good
What a joke. $7.95 for this.Update: Just go ahead and shut it down. This is the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They will close for “30mins” at random periods of the day for no reason. After u waited 15+ mins to order. It’s like how can u be so bad so consistently.
We order 2 1/4 pound of shrimps and a 3 piece mild chicken tenders and a side of fries but we never got the fries and there wasnt any in the boxes either
