I ordered the Stuff Crust Pizza and it was awful!!!! I said that I would never order from them again about three years ago, but I went against my own instincts. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!!
This is the most unprofessional pizza place ever!!! My order was incorrect and when I called to tell them they were laughing and hung up in my face!!! So, I had to drive all the way back to the place for them to fix my order. I do not appreciate them hanging up and laughing as if what I said was funny!!
Faulty, amateur app won't allow me to add to my cart. Called the store directly (Bartlett, TN). They wouldn't allow me to pay cash. It's time for you to shut your sorry business down, and let another company take care of your customers.

Food is a hit or miss... Used to always be good and I've always preferred them. But nowadays a lot of my pizzas will be more than well done theyll be burnt. Plus it's a hit or miss if I get enough pizza sauce or not on them.
If I could this place zero stars I wouldOrder form any other pizza place and save you 45 minutes. They said that they delivered my pizza and accused me of receiving it even though I never did , the manager was so rude and did not deal with the situation like an actual manager. I ended up ordering from marcos cheaper, better and faster
On 8/13/2021 at 8:00pm this woman keep me on hold for 10mins and never pick up the phone. They need to better with they services. I'm going up there tomorrow to talk to the manager.

I tried to order a pizza at 9:10 pm on a Friday night and they said they were closed, yet they don’t close till 10:00 pm. The workers their are clearly lazy and don’t care about anything other than just closing when it gets close to time. This location clearly needs some management adjustments.
So it seems papa johns is just bottom of the barrel.The store on austin peay doesn't deliver your orders on time and the one in Bartlett doesn't deliver to our address becuase of the store that takes an hour to deliver pizzas.No more papa johns.The border are well drawn in the sand why each store serves the locations it does.
