Hard to find a simple, small lunch, and I know this restaurant serves great meals.A fantastic waitress took my request, though I had not found it listed. We all had a great meal....AND...the finishing touch of that meal was that great sense of humored waitress brought me one of the children's coloring pages...because my small meal came from the children's menu. A nice meal in a friendly atmosphere, with great servers, great food, and great prices.Always a great stop for a meal!!
Tried taking my family out to dinner. The service was slow even though the restaurant was empty. I have given them three chances. I will not be dining hear again. The loaded Mac n cheese was just noodles with melted cheese on top and green onions. ( no flavor). The steak was over cooked and so was the chicken tenders. Can you imagine a dry chicken tender.
Food was mediocre. The Cajun chicken pasta was bland and boring. No spice at all. The catfish was ok, nothing special. Fries were soggy and greasy. The chicken tenders were just ok as well.The only thing that was really good was the service. Laeley was such a sweetheart and provided awesome service. She was attentive and kind.
Good food and packaged wonderful for delivery! The men loved the burgers and tenders! I absolutely love the bourbon glazed salmon!! It's my favorite thing to get???
Horrible experience. Barely any customers yet we had to wait 15minutes to be seated. It was my daughter's birthday and she wanted something from the bar but the bartender was leaving. I wanted to order the Pecan Chicken salad (the main reason I wanted to eat here) but they were out. In point of fact, they were out of a lot of things. The server was nice enough, but the service wasn't great. I recommend going somewhere else.
Placed an order for delivery. Sent wrong items. All food was cold. The shrimp pasta was swimming in so much grease, it was inedible. Paid almost $80 for a horrible meal.
We love ocharleys we travel a lot and have 4 kids so we always keep an eye out for the nearest olcharleys we are going there today with our 2year old twins great food great price and delicious rolls
Even though we had to wait for 20 minutes on a table because there were only 2 servers available around 3pm on a Sunday, our dinning in service was nothing less than impeccable.
Big shout out to Lenard and Shelia. I previously wrote a bad review. I was quickly contacted by management and asked if they could make this situation right. I believe in second chances in certain situations so I said why not. When I tell y'all these people had corrected every issue that I had previously. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and smelling fresh. Everyone looked well put together. If you are questioning if you should give this place a try you should totally do it.
Please do not waste your money at this place! Horrible food and service! There were several servers but not a lot of customers so it should have been easy. Order was taken wrong. They brought out our appetizers after the food. The food was bland or just nasty! These cannot be famous chicken tenders! This place should be closed down immediately.
