I stopped by the restaurant last night for dinner after a bad day. I ordered a Sausage Stromboli & a beer. The owner asked how my day was going and I told him it had been an awful day for me. He told me the beer was on him and he hoped my day got better, sit down and we’ll bring your food out when it’s ready. It was the best Stromboli I’ve ever had! Prepared fresh, generous portion and served hot. These folks know how to treat their customers! I’m sure I’ll be back!! Thanks for the beer, it made my day!!!
ordered food online through slice. order went through and I was charged. when I arrived at the restaurant they informed that they had voided my order because they no longer served what I ordered. i asked why I was not notified and why I was charged. all they told me was “slice is in charge of refunds”. I was charged $50 for food I did not receive. I was not called or notified in any way that my order had been voided. the staff were nice but offered no help.
Short staffed. Does not need to make french fries. Pizza was great.
Have been coming here for 15 yrs different name same family and same great service and taste. The cicilian Pizza we got was delicious.
This is the family that owned Dino's Pizza at Raleigh Springs Mall. Excellent pizza and food and a great staff. We're talking real Italiano's here
Our food was absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the pizza and I had the Chicken Parm. Large portions and everything was fresh. This will be our new go-to for Italian.
We've been going to Milano's for about a year. We're usually happy with their food, tip well, etc. This evening, I got pizza and desserts. The dessert was moldy. I went back to get a refund, and they treated me like it was a problem. I explained I'd like to be compensated additionally for the inconvenience of driving back to return the spoiled dessert, because that's usually what restaurants do when--I've worked in food and bev for 14 years. All three men in the kitchen were put off, so they all started shouting at me. Rude and unprofessional.
Excellent salads, pastas, and subs. Their cacio e pepe is more of an aglio e olio dish, so I'd avoid that.
First time experience. I ordered pick up about 615 pm (dinner rush) The gentleman on the phone was nice and polite. He gave me my order number and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. (Really, 10 minutes at dinner time? Is what I thought to myself. It must be slow or gross.) I arrived, they were not slow. They were moving food and customers like a well managed assembly line. My food was ready when I got there and was only there maybe 3 minutes although there were 2 other people ahead of me in line. Again, they were very nice and respectful. Got home, ate my food. I must say it was the best ham and pineapple calzone I've ever had! I will be going here a lot more often! Great job fellas!
Absolutely the best garlic knots, Alfredo delicious. The customer service is A1 plus highly recommend them and the prices are good too!
