Placed an online order and was given a pick up time in 30 min. Drove to pick up the order and was told it would be another 30 min, I could just “run and errand”. Picking up dinner was the errand, but anyway….came back in after another 30 minutes and was told it would be 20 more minutes. When I questioned this I was told “there were other orders in front of me.” I mentioned it has already been an hour since I ordered. And the lady behind the counter said “do you still want it?” The pizza in the order wasn’t even made it in the oven after 1 hour. I asked if it truly would be another 20 min and was told it would….. still waiting……
Milano's is delicious thin crust pizza. It's not a greasy pizza and they have quality ingredients. Even from people out of town that I take here tend to like this pizza as it's good quality
Got their veggie pizza. Not a big fan. Pizza was doughy, veggies were uncooked, abs delivery was 10 mins late (took 1 hour and we are 10 mins away). Maybe it was just a bad time to order from them because they have a lot of good reviews but sad to say it wasn’t that good.
New owners have raised prices. Still good but a $4 slice is a bit much.

The lady behind the counter was loudly trash talking the customer that placed their order in front of me. I ordered a slice of pizza and it took nearly 30 minutes to be ready. The pizza was under topped and just below average quality. I do not recommend a visit to this Milano's location.
Quite disappointed in the Italian Sub. Very lttle meat, cheese was all bunched up in a melted curd in the middle, couple pieces if mealy tomato and some wilted lettuce. Didn't have the energy to complain or wait for a refund. It's in the parking lot if anyone wants it. I took the soda.
The best Strombolis in TN, would even go as far as saying in the U.S!! Very clean and great customer service.
