The manager at 9440 highway 64 ,Lakeland is very rude, we got there with my daughter,she came to us and opened the cashier machine, left the place without a word to ask someone to help us but both disappeared without a word. A young girl who was mopping tried to help us but couldn't because the manager left the cashier machine drawer open, she really wanted to help but her hands were tight. We have to go to drive through to get what we wanted.A manager like this doesn't have to work at stores like McDonald's in Lakeland.... very disappointedHer name is something like Teranda or tarundaShame on u dear, Lakeland doesn't want u with that attitude.
Always get my order correct and are pretty fast. Sometimes they get backed up but usually they get you through pretty quickly. Very nice staff that seem to really care about their job. I've gone here multiple times thru the weeks due to work being close by and never disappoint. Definitely one of the quickest and attentive mcdonalds I've been to.
The service was slow because they had unexpectedly run out of cash and change right as I arrived. I had to wait even longer for a slushy but thankfully I wasn't in a rush. The server came and was so apologetic and so sweet, you could tell it was hectic. Despite that, the overall experience was great in fulfilling my order which was placed only minutes before online and everyone has a good attitude despite the difficulties. The look of the store is nice and being right next to the Target is a good spot to be in. They seem small so they may have more issues so while everything was fine, I wouldn't come here if I have somewhere to be.
The key to McDonals is the consistent product you get. It's nothing to write home about but it's satisfying and fills a need.The only issue for this visit was the temperature of the cheese burger. It wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese and thar was disappointing. Frys were as always delicious. Strange that in today's eco friendly world the soda cups were plastic vs the former wax paper. Not sure the deal but it was good all the same. Always worth a visit when you are in a rush or need to know what you will get.
Went late tonight thur drive thur there and the food came fast with not a very long wait and the girl at drive thur was friendly I honestly can't say the same about all the McDonald's around here but this one did great!!!
They do a good job on preparing your order at this location. I have been to this location on and off for over seventeen years and I have not been disappointed.
Your store in Lakeland says it is open 24 hrs.they want take an order before 5 am.they have some lame excuse Everytime. I have to drive to Germantown pwy to another McDonald's what a joke
Ordered from the app, was in my parking spot at 6:45. The drive thru was full (both lanes open). 7:03ish the app alerted that it was finished, I'm assuming that happens when my order should be on it's way to the car. My food wasn't delivered to me until after 7:35. I walked up to the drive thru window at 7:30 and inquired as to the whereabouts of my order and a person who I only heard said "it's coming, can't you see the drive thru is busy" (rude). It was busy but not almost an hour busy.
Awful! It is obvious Gaby is not manager here any longer. Sausage biscuit was hard from being reheated. Pie was cold. Line moving slow. The person at the window had not been trained.
Visited late night. Food was fresh! There was an older crew working so the wait was alil long but it was a decent experience. Everything was correct on my order
