So just in case you think ordering online ahead of time saves you a few minutes, think again. Ordered from home which is about 6-7 minutes away, drove up there and sat there while I watched them shovel food out the drive thru while my sausage and biscuit sat on the tray behind the counter for over 10 while only needing a hash brown. Pathetic
First time using the app to place an order. I get there alert the staff I'm parked at space 3. I had 5 people come to my car with the wrong order. They were walking from car to car with people's order. Had to finally go in and get my order. My order was incorrect. Inform the young lady I was missing two triple cheeseburgers. Waited some more, I spent about 30 minutes or so total trying to get my order. Only for her to still bring me two mcdoubles. They were very unorganized and confused. I just left. Because this was ridiculous.
Stopped by there this morning to get some breakfast out order got taken.Then as we proceed to the next window the employee asked what we had ordered. HE DIDNT KNOW OUR ORDER THOUGH THERE IS A SCREEN THERE TO PROMPT HIM. We partially read our order back, thinking he knew what car we were.. SMH???????? Then we had to wait another 3mins on top off that then we finally got our food and they had forget our frappe. Then proceeded to yell, saying that's why I asked you your order. Slams window. We patiently waited to scold him as soon as he got back.. lol but When we got the a frappe a manager gave it to us. She was pretty decent and smartly reading the SCREEN to prepare our bag.. there is a lesson in this.. you wont enjoy working for MCDONALD'S unless you set out to work for MCDONALD'S. You will be over worked and under paid. Everyone loves MCDONALD'S and expects to pay cheap. It is what it is.. and since MCDONALD'S don't pay managers who understand serving the public to cook and bag food, I don't believe I will be going back to the location anytime soon
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Sadly, it’s close to home and happened to stop in to give another chance this evening. Still a NO go. Sat in the drive through line for over 30 minutes waiting to ORDER. Ordered a medium coffee, 6 creams and 4 equals and 2 cheeseburgers. Finally get my order…burgers looked like they just slapped them together and got a small BLACK coffee. WTF?!?! Total crap hole place. They never get the order right. It’s ALWAYS something. The place needs to be shut down. Nothing but a bad example for McDonald’s franchise.
This place has really put customer service at the bottom of their list. I went threw the drive thru and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then once someone finally was available to take my order he tries to say I’m going to fast, basically trying to argue with me and I left. Fast food is one of the easiest jobs you could work. I don’t understand why customer service isn’t on the top of this establishment list. There are so many other restaurants I and other customers could’ve went to, but I chose this location. Never again!!!! This is why Chick-fil-A will always get my business, they have great customer services. This establishment needs to take notes for the kings and queens of customer service AKA Chick-fil-A
Service was OK. They did forget to ring up a burger that I repeated 3 times but the speaker was breaking up so she probably didn't hear me. I didn't check my order till after I left driving down the road,and as I'm searching for my burger and trying to drive I hit a dang median Going 40 and put a hole in my ALREADY BRAND NEW tire that cost me $115.00 to replace. Lol all over a burger... all I can do is laugh. I will be checking my orders before I leave the parking lot for now on lol. But I'm not even mad at the people. Things happen. The drive through was very nice people over all and that's one of most important when it comes to buisness!
My 6 piece ended up being a 4 piece... It's a 6 piece box it states that right on the top so I'm not sure how they messed up. I guess somebody wanted a snack.My fries were also unsalted and old n cold... ❄️
It's hard to criticize considering the labor market/corporate greed.Pay more. Train better. Make a better product.I haven't liked McDonald's since I was a kid, except seasonal items like the McRib & Shamrock shake.
The line was very long, but we got our order quickly. And it was correct! Great job!
Horrible. Never get orders right. Left half of our order out. Forgot we were waiting on the rest of our food. Brought out the wrong food. This is the most pathetic McDonald’s I’ve seen.
