ok about 2 weeks ago so my mom took me and my siblings to Los Cabos cause we was hungry the food was not the best thing to get out of the whole menu we had gotten chips and dip and they were fresh but when our food was ready they didn't bring salsa or lime and my sister ordered a quesadilla but it came with no cheese in it, the waitress said that limes and salsa cost extra which was bs we ended up leaving without leaving a tip and as soon as we get up the waitress comes in with the limes and salsa but we still left, we were still Hungry but no other restaurants were open so we went home and went to bed starving. I think this restaurant should get better customer service
this is the 3rd time weve visited here and will be the last time. every time we come here, we have to ask multiple times for drinks,chips,water,even where our order is the food is ok, not great and they are ALWAYS out of something. Yesterday it was Corona. they are quite pricey,too. $45 for 1 margararita,1 enchilada special and 1 taco dinner,1 queso dip. I had diet coke to drink.
A group of black educators celebrating the end of the school year were reported to the police. Over 10 police officers from the Bartlett police department came to harass the teachers who were listening to the jukebox at the restaurant and enjoying their meals. The waitress at the bar told them they were too loud. The waitress called the police. The police came and escorted the teachers from the restaurant without letting them finish their (paid for) meals. The police stayed staked out until each educator left the parking lot. This was a very upsetting, frightening, and destressing experience. There was great fear of how this could turn left and violence could be perpetrated against the accomadating patrons of color. Everyone in the group of 25 educators are in agreement that they will not ever go back to any Los Cabos restaurant.
Food is your typical Mexican fare. Service was horrible when we last went. Waitress on the patio took a long time to take orders and forgot to bring waters after asking multiple times. She was quick when it came time for the check though.
I've never had a bad server, even when they're busy, the servers are so nice! The patio is fabulous, the food portions are generous and so yummy! This is my family's favorite place to go for a laid-back patio and good food at a reasonable price.
This place is a relaxed dining experience. Nicely lit and clean. Staff greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were quickly seated. Our server was took our drink/appetizer order shortly after we were seated. Our food was hot and tasty. I would recommend you watch the plates if you bring little ones because they are hot. I love this neighborhood eatery.
Los Cabos-Bartlett is kind of like family. We have been dining here since 2018 and it is always the same. They never disappoint!! We usually order a variation of the same items and they have never missed a beat. They were our #1 go-to during the pandemic. They may not know us by name but they always remember our faces. I like that they have a consistent staff, this makes for order accuracy. And there usually isn't a long wait for your order, regardless of how big. And it is always hot!! We always say we want to try another Mexican restaurant but we never do, because it's good, it's hot, and it's close to home.
The food is very good and they offer a great atmosphere with the covered lighted patio but service is hit or miss. Sometimes you will have a server that is missing for some time. No matter the great food and drinks makes up for the missing waitress. Go with friends and family.
Ended up going Los cabos since most Restaurant closed early or stop serving before their past time. Went Los cabos ladies gaved us seat right away, Food was Excellent, Margaritas was great and Waitress service was best, So far I will come back again soon.
I love this place! Consistently good food, fast service and polite employees. The restaurant is always clean and well,decorated.
