This is my first time using Little Caesars in a long time. It felt so futuristic using their app and the little robot to get my pizza. My pizza was hot and fresh and the crazy bread was good. There was a long line and the staff seemed to be overwhelmed, but it was dinner rush. I was glad that I had used the pre-ordering via the app, because I got to skip the line. The prices were great, I was able to feed my whole family for 20 bucks.

I purchased a stuffed crust 3 meat. The crust was great but the center of the pizza was almost raw. The bigger issue was another customer in front of me ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza, t he customer opened the box and the pizza was almost raw. The customer put her finger in the pizza and handed it back to the young lady at the counter then put the pizza back in the box. I won't ever eat there again.

Should've learned the last time NO CUSTOM ORDERS. Rancid (expired marinara not just once, three 3 times.)Spend the money on good pizza if you can.ALWAYS TASTE THE SAUCE!!!Be safe

Awful location. Took over 30 minutes for a large sausage and pepperoni pizza. I stood in the store thirty minutes as staff sat and apparently forgot that I had an order. I do not recommend.

My daughter and I visited the location at 5985 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN 38134 on Monday 3/14/22 . We arrived at the store at 8:55 pm to place an order for 2 speciality pizzas and an order of breadsticks only to be told they would not take orders or cook anything for us. We could only purchase the pizza they had already in the warmer. There was 1 pizza and a small box, not sure what that was. I asked don't you close at 10pm ? The girl walked to the back and another young lady walked to the front with an attitude reinforcing what the first young lady told us. We could only purchase what was in the warmer, they were cleaning getting ready to close and not taking orders. I left and went to the location in Cordova to place my order. They were very polite and had my order prepared in about 15 minutes eventhough they were steady with customers.  If your not going to prepare orders for your customers at the Bartlett location you may as well let the young ladies stay home. No need in paying for help you don't have. Hope you straighten this location out soon. It was a really good place to get pizza at one time."No Pizza-No Stars" !!!

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Every time I come to this location it's excellent. The employees are nice and well trained, the crew communicates well, and the pizza is always good

Placed a mobile order for pickup. Still waiting over an hour and half later. It was not ready by the estimated time (20 mins from ordering.) Time before this, they were almost closed and food appeared to made in a rush. Wanted to try again. But after tonight I will not be back to this location

I was rendered the worst customer service in the world today by this location. I ordered online to make day easy. I then received a message alert with a code around the time when my order should be ready. It's been a hour and a half and I still haven't received my order on top of that. The employee tells me and I quote " my other two pizzas dried out from being in the oven to long....This Is Ridiculous

This location apparently cannot stay staffed enough to actually make pizza. They said I could have wings, whatever crazy bread was left over from the previous shift, or nothing. Bye.

Brush bristles in my pizza. I took it back last night and was not offered a refund, replacement or even an apology after trying to calmly explain my situation to the worker :( The young worker told me he was unable to do anything as one piece was missing plus this bitten one.. The workers then proceeded to throw my pizza away and not offer anything more than a shrug of their shoulders. I at least wanted an apology after such an unsanitary, unpleasant situation. Customer service at this location has gone extremely downhill. I know what it is like to work in fast food, but this situation should have been accounted for 100% by the business.
