Got the chicken buffalo. First time at Lenny's was really delish tbh. Store was clean and also near closing still had good service.
Me and my family ordered online. When we got to the store the app said let us know when you’re here, so we clicked we’re here there’s actually a button that says we’re here. The instructions were someone will bring your food out shortly so we waited 45 minutes after arriving still no food. I called a staff member answered I explain the situation they told me I should’ve called as soon as I arrived that defeats the purpose of having the app and the ,”we’re here”button right. By now our drinks were melted and our food was cold I asked for a remake and got hung up on so I entered the store and was met by a person trying to rush our food out to us I explained I would rather have a refund at this point I was told I would have to go online and ask for a refund. So me and my family left without our food or our money .
Sandwiches were good, but took them almost 30 minutes to make them! They were not THAT busy. Only a to-go orders in front of us.
I have only ordered from Lenny's 2 times my entire life. First time it was great food and service was wonderful. Second time which is 6-25 ordered online, went to store at 115 which was pick up time, which at 115 my Philly cheese steak was ready but my cold cut was not, took them until 140 to give my food, by them time i was given my Philly cheese steak after 30 min sitting there was cold and bread was extremely soggy. Will never ever go back to this location. Very unhappy I can get them same service with subway and spend way less
Worst location ever. Do not go here unless you have 30 minutes for your order. It's dirty and the crew is so slow. Completely understaffed. Much better options elsewhere. At least the cashier was not rude but not friendly either. If you're looking for a sub there is a Firehouse Subs just down the street. If you're looking for a grilled sub, you're stuck here.
The service was good, the staff was very nice and the catering platters were perfect for my meeting. I would recommend ordering from Lenny's.

It’s almost like they are just always exhausted. The food is usually pretty good, I’ve only had one strange experience where there was hardly any meat in the sandwich.Today, they were very timely and the food was very good.

I have personally frequented This particular location for a few years now, so my opinion may be a bit biased. However, I arrived today around 11a (lunch hour) and aside from a short wait, the staff here were friendly and welcoming. MyOrder was prepared properly and everything tasted fresh.My one qualm would be the items I asked for On-the-side did not make it to the table with my order, and I had to wade through the crowd up to the counter to ask for them. Now, truthfully this is a common issue and always has been. Is it enough to make me choose another sandwich shop?- not a chance. Lenny's has my business ?To the owners -I remember this time last year being in this location and witnessing a skeleton crew & generic utensils.. I am More than Grateful that the Pandemic did Not force your doors closed.Thank you for your continued good service !
Restaurant is located on the corner of stage Rd and Appling Rd. No cueb side pick up available. Free parking available. Restaurant does take call in orders. Dining in is also a available. No mask required. Prices are very affordable. I like their 10 inch sub sandwich. It is so delicious. No public restrooms available. No handicapped accessible entrance. Staff do not greet customers entering. One has to go to the counter to place order or sit yourself anywhere. Facility is clean.
