I hate giving terrible reviews but here’s mine. I Was coming in to get gift cards for teacher appreciation week, I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one greeted me. Everyone just walking by and doing what they were doing. I’m looking around while waiting and the whole place from top to bottom is filthy. Dust and crud everywhere, sticky dusty walls, countertops, and appliances. There was a big dead fly lying on the counter where you check out. It just looks like no one bothers to wipe anything down or clean when slow or at all. I finally decided to speak up as 3 workers walked by, the girl operating the window said she’ll be right with me. Another woman who came out the back who maybe looked like a manager did not greet me at all. She helped the girl with my gift cards. I told her there was a dead fly on the counter and she says “I’ll take care of that.” After about 5 minutes before I left the fly was still sitting on the counter as she went off to do something else. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Since this is the first time I’ve ever been inside this location I will never go back. I had no idea I was eating from a place this gross.
I seen these lovely pictures of cinnamon rolls online on the left. Long story short I went to get some of course and the ones they sold me looked like they came off Wish. SMH! The donuts looked just as bad so I took them back and the manager said it was my fault because I should’ve checked them before I pulled off. I was gone for about 15 minutes before I noticed how they looked and they didn’t want to give my money back. Very bad customer service. These are clearly a mess and I will not be returning.
Ordered a dozen donuts, six of them were cream filled. Once we started eating the cream filled donuts we realized there was no cream inside of the cream filled donuts even though there is a hole for the cream… and three of the cream filled donuts were the size of a three year olds fist. Where is the quality control???
I have eaten at this location 3-4 times over the last few months. All but one time, they have been out of ~2-5 varieties of donuts. Not good if you have kids begging you to go there, from across town, to get their favorite donut! Also, EVERY time I've gone, the donuts are inconsistent sizes, misshapen, and visually unappealing. I grew up eating KK, and this is a far cry from other locations I've eaten at over the years. What is going on in there? Who's running this place? I don't think I'll be going back. Very disappointing that the company has lowered its standards into the deep-fryer.
Way to slow, tried to cheat me out of part of my order. Did not seem to know what they were doing. Hot chocolate had four times as much mix as it should have. Ruining the company's reputation.
What in the world they are doing open at this location???? Seems like they are selling things other than Krispy Kreme! Every time I come here they are open but they not selling donuts ? at all!!!! Make Memphis look even worst as it is…… if you traveling to Memphis don’t go to this location lol if you do, you will be mad, mad.
Open the dining room. Your staff isn't competent enough to get the order right in the drive- thru.
Like everyone else said, this location opens and closes whenever they feel like it. Only had about 6 different type of donuts-not even basic chocolate. Would not come back. Will try another location and hope for a better experience.
Ordered 3 donuts, donut holes and a creme filled donut. Paid for all, but did not get the creme filled donut. Did not notice until we got home. Too far to go back.
app says hot light is on. So you drive all the way over there and it's off. and when it's in they still give you cold donuts twice. And won't answer the phone ever.
