They got my order wrong then when my wife went back up to the store to have it corrected someone has the audacity to say "do you see the size of her she's just going to eat it all herself", that comment was completely uncalled for and inappropriate and very unprofessional, I will never go back to this store as long as that person works at it.
I just ordered a 6 piece bbq wings from this location and you can tell that my wings were cooked this morning, reheated and served to me. No customer should have to spend money just to be ripped off like this. The meat is so dried up that it’s stuck to the bones. They are not answering the phone for me to even report it. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
The manager and the her employee both had beautiful spirits last night. They had me and my lady laughing hard not to mention the fact that they didn't rush us and customer service was on point. ✊??
They were the only place open tonight. The manager and staff was very warm. They took very good care of us on tonight. We really appreciate them. Thank yall very much.
While I am loving the Chicken Pot Pies I don't like getting off work stopping for food getting home to discover not only was my order not the way I ordered it... items left out & chicken that's not the pieces order & then not fresh.
Say in the lobby for 10 min to be told it was closed . Drive through only. Get in the drive through. Proceeded with order and the young man cut me off before I was done .. 3 times so I took my money right down the street to Gus’s fried chicken ??♂️✌️. This company obviously doesn’t want your money, so put it into a local business that does ☺️
asked for a 10 PC. mixed family feast. got a 8 PC breast and 2 legs with no cookies
It was a much different experience than last time 5 months ago, very pleasant and respect young lady on the drive thru, and the food was freshly prepared.
Drinks and potatoes were disgusting. I ordered a sandwich combo with fries they didn’t tell me they didn’t have any fries they just gave me Mac and cheese. The drinks had to be poured out they only thing I could eat was the sandwich so I paid $7 for a combo that I couldn’t enjoy.
Check your order for accuracy....something is almost always off
