Asked for a special order of “ Prom ? “ and they definitely did a great job! Love their pizza & the people there are ALWAYS great and helpful they are super hard working & kind (: we love them!!
They forget the ranch almost every single time! The last five times I’ve ordered they have forgotten it even though I pay for them and put in the remarks to kindly remember the ranch. Very disappointing customer service.

We had a fantastic experience!! This was our first time at this location and we will for sure be returning. The owners were absolutely amazing during our dine-in experience! Super friendly, helpful, and obviously very good people. The pizza was fresh and magnificent! My husband had the wings and he finished them in no time!! Me and my family stopped in tonight to feed myself, my wife, and five of our children. The owners were there and they were probably the nicest people I've met since being in Memphis. They took care of us tonight for sure and didn't even realize how much of a blessing they were as we have been going thru struggles lately. We will definitely be eating there again. Craig is the cook at the Bartlett locating, and on Veterans Day he (Craig) purchased my pizza for me. Craig is one reason why Jet’s Pizza stands out!
Pizza is fresh! And before I got a fountain drink they did let me know it was on the fritz so let me get a bottle drink instead and wow at the deep dish!!!
