The online order wait time says 46 min because they won't even start on your order until you walk in 20 minutes later despite the store being empty.

It took a little longer than I expected. I placed an online order and it was ready in around 20-30 minutes. But it was busy so I guess that's normal.Great sandwich. The lady I spoke with was nice

Love this place. This location is usually fairly steady and does take a little longer, especially for online orders. The online ordering process is a little off as they changed options during the original covid restrictions and they haven't changed it back but I never have any issues fixing it once arriving at store location. Food is always fresh, well prepared and you get your money worth on portions. Staff is always super friendly and helpful as well even during their busiest times.
Love Jersey Mike's, the food is always great, staff not very welcoming. Would be nice if they wore masks while preparing orders.
