Food tasty as expected but fries were cold. Drive through busy but dining room empty yet had a long wait to order, food came out in reasonable time but shake took much longer than expected. Overall good but not a great experience.
Slow service. Sundae cup was not full and was served with a saran wrap cover. Definitely not worth the price. Will not go back and do recommend.
This is the worse Freddy's imo. The store is greasy and dirty. They take forever to come to counter and take order. And the food is haphazardly thrown together. Food tasted okay....but I wish Chic Fil a sold burgers smdh!
All the Associates were very knowledgeable and kind! We had decided this is where we had a taste for my husband and myself. We've NEVER had a bad experience in your establishment... And I would definitely tell my friends about how good it will be!
What is with this place!? Slow every visit. You can’t go in like at the other Freddy’s…what’s the deal?!
Ordered food tonight. Open the bag and discover one of the grilled cheese sandwiches burnt, the 5 piece chicken tender only had three pieces, one of which was smaller than a McDonald’s nugget, and we’re missing a chocolate milk. Ok. One or two of those are understandable. Then my son bites into the not burnt sandwich, says “owe”, gags, and spits out chucks of burnt hamburger. How do you even do that? How did you get it in the cheese? At no point should the inside of the sandwich touch the grill. Then I call and the only reimbursement they have to offer is a free meal from here as long as I come within 7 days. Why in the absolute hell would I come back?
I was totally bummed when I got back into town a few months ago to find out the other frozen custard places did not survive Covid but then there is Freddy’s. I had never been there before Covid nor do I remember them being around but nonetheless they are serious when it comes to custard. I like and have always liked chocolate with peanut butter and coconut. This is the way to this girls heart and yes Freddy’s knows what’s up!I have not had anything else there and will probably not ever try anything else but I know where to get my custard fix!
Going after 7:45pm is a waste of time even though they supposedly close at 9pm. Got turned away twice in one week at the speaker after waiting for 20 minutes in line on my lunch break at work, so basically wasted the entirety of my lunch. Won't be going back until something changes.
Terrible location, sticky floors, dirty tables, everything there looks like chaos. I had to wait for my fries 3 times, 1st time they put seasoning salts when i said I didn't want it, 2nd time fries were too hard and hollow lile potatoe sticks or straws or something, 3rd time SAME! So, I just gave up... but they can't be seriously serving that to people... had to wait for unsweet tea until I was almost done with my burgers... locations has serious organization and cleaning problems. Fries in the photo don't look like it but they were as hard as a chopstick, and hollow.
Horrible service. Received wrong order at the window and even when we showed our receipt they were extremely rude. We ordered 2 regular and 1 mini sundae yet we received 1 regular and 2 mini sundaes. Our receipt reflected our order correctly yet the employee refused to accept that she gave us the wrong stuff. Absolutely ridiculous.
