The steak was good
Went there with family. Was told there was a 45 minute wait when it was 10 min. Tables full of dirty dishes. Staff did not want to bus tables. Food overpriced. Service was poor. Could make a much better steak at home. It’s a shame because the place used to be nice. Won’t be going back.
I tried this place 2x in one week. The 1st time was my anniversary on a Thursday night. We ordered apps that came out after dinner were packed into boxes. I ordered med well and the steak was well DONE. My 2nd visit was for a birthday dinner last night. As you can see from the pic the salmon is OVERCOOKED my sister app came out cold to touch. 2nd off we were a party of 10 so we were seated at two different tables. The second table went outside to take pics (young teens). Meanwhile the hostess tried to give our table away TWICE stating the full party is not here. We informed her that we are all here. She proceeded to tell a family to have a sit, until an older lady had to reassure her that the FULL party was here . After that is clear the hostess then keeps walking past us with the mischievous look. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food is too expensive for over cooked dried out salmon and steak.
Everything was delicious!. The deviled eggs, the chicken pasta, burger, and chocolate cake! Great servers and environment!

I really enjoyed my experience here. My husband made a reservation and we arrived on time and was seated right away. Our waitress was really nice and patient. Our food was great and full of flavor. The alcohol drinks were good too, most places alcohol drinks are too much -straight alcohol but firebird was great.
Beautiful restaurant. I do suggest you make reservations if you decide to visit. The staff was friendly and the bar was jam packed for the people who don’t care to sit at a table. The pineapple chicken was grilled to excellence. It was so tender you could barely pick it up with a fork.. so soft and succulent. The glaze was phenomenal and the pineapples were perfect to pair with the chicken. The Cajun butter steak was bursting with flavor! The butter it was divine definitely took the steak to another level. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were thick and exquisite.. splendid pair together. Please go check out firebirds

This was a amazing experience from entering into such a laid back yet casual restaurant. The setting here is very inviting. The waitress she was awesome . When I tell you every item was to my satisfaction and above it was . The lobster spinach queso was delightful and my meal was almost Excellent. Definitely will be going again and so should you
Wow! The best service I have ever gotten! Mrs.Amy needs her own spot. Her service was off the chain! She treated us like family from the start and didn't flinch one time. The food is well up to par. I will definitely come because of Mrs.Amy during her shift again.
