Horrible experience at the Bartlett store, I purchased 2 pizzas at this location, both was wrong and both of them were burnt and did not even get what i added on. I refused both and went to the Austin Peay store, they did not add on what I ordered but atleast it was not burnt.The last 3 separate orders have been wrong from the Bartlett store but I have dealt with it until now.
2 hours to get 2 pizzas. another table ordered 30 min before it's and got their food way before us. ordered 2 fries. only got one. reminded them when they dropped the first off. took 30 min to get drinks. Waitress said, when I asked about our food, hour and half in, and said I figured you would know, since the drinks took so long. commination it's key people.we had a 1 year old with us. never got refills on drinks the entire wait.
Coworker and I split a small pizza and a grilled chicken salad. The pizza was very good, with generous ingredients, perfectly cooked, and was very tasty. Felt it was a bit pricey for a 6”, but nothing to complain over. What lowers my score was the “grilled” chicken salad. The salad included old soggy lettuce, old boiled eggs, and the chicken was shredded chicken, as opposed to the grilled cubes we expected. The majority ended up trashed. 4.5 stars for the pizza, 1.5 for the salad
As soon as I walked in to retrieve my order. I saw three guys leaning over my pizza with the lid open. It looked like one of them tasted a bit of meat from my pizza. And when I asked why they we all leaning over my pizza with no hair net on, the lady at the counter replied; they are trying to find out which half is beef and sausage ?. Needless to say I was upset ?. I should have asked for a refund, because that gave me bad vibes. Needless to say later that night I felt as if I had food poisoning and stayed visiting the toilet all night.

I make it a point to stop in and see the hard workers atleast once if not twice a week and to load up on the homemade spaghetti The food is always incredible and definitely worth the stop!! I can't speak highly enough for the staff and especially Heaven who constantly goes out of her way to ensure a great experience!!
I hate to make this negative review but it has to be done. I have always loved this place since moving to Bartlett 12 yrs ago. Tonight was very disappointing. The waitress was the only one waiting on the entire restaurant. She did the best she could. But the food was terrible! An hour wait on cheese sticks. An hour and a half for a pizza that was under cooked and wings that were over cooked. There also was another waitress that I'm not sure what her job was but she was just walking around aimlessly doing nothing to help ANYONE! She brought our pizza to the table because someone said something to her about it sitting in the window too long. When she delivered it she just dropped it on the table and walked off. I get that the place may be under staffed because of covid but no excuse for such a crummy outting.
Service was great. Loved the pizza. Toppings are plentiful!!! Not like Nashville, where you can count what you have on each slice
I waited for 45 mins, only to receive my pizza burnt to black , the crust was wafer thin , the sauce was bland, the meats were sparingly on, i ordered the house specialty thinking it would be the best! Boy was i wrong! I wont be eating there again!
