The serves in Bartlett Tennessee was the worst experience ever, My husband ordered unsweet tea, and the waitress brought him a water and said do you want something else, while the make the tea. He goes no, the waitress brings him another water and he goes what about the tea and she says they are getting ready to make it now, which we were in the middle of the meal than, we finish dinner and Anjarrieka brings the bill and does not ask if we wanted anything else, so I stop her and give her the coupon we have. About 15 minutes later she brings back the bill with the coupon applied. But, I noticed that the $3.19 is on the bill for the tea my husband did not get, so we waited another 15 minutes for corrected bill. I am guessing ticket number is 40052. With the price of food, fuel you would hope there would be more customer service.
On Saturday June 11th at 7:22 pm we went to Colton’s for dinner. The restaurant is located at 8030 Highway 64, Bartlett TN. Table 59/1. Our servers name was Anjarrieka. Apparently she was untrained how to help and react to customers. I ordered the chopped steak plain and a baked potato with butter only. When she brought my steak back my husband starting smelling it. It was sore and smelled strong. We waited several minutes for her to return. She did not. So we ask the server at the next table to take it back. She did but we waited an extended period of time for my steak. My husband stopped eating his chicken waiting for my food. Finally the server returned about 20 minutes and ask where my food was. I explained what happened and neither servers made another one. While I was waiting another couple across from us found a bug in their butter. They just got up and left. Finally after an hour I got my food. During this hour we never saw a manager or anyone in authority. We are regular customers at least twice a week. Rest assured we will not return. This was uncalled for and could have been handled in a professional manner.
This restaurant is wonderful! The waiters, hostesses, and management have been absolutely great! The food is extremely delicious! I seriously believe that the burgers are the BEST in town! They are SO large, SO thick, with ultra premium beef, and great toppings of your choice! These burgers are WAY better than Huey's burgers and those of so many other restaurants!
Bar tender was rude && demanding. They were out of just about everything I wanted to order

The wait time for my food was an hour and half waiter was great the preparer of my food was not good finally when the food came some of the orders was not right I was not pleased
Been to much better Colton's. Lots of little things, but food still taste good.
Food was okay. They seemed to be short certain ingredients and only had two servers. However, our server did the best they could and took care of us. I have no complaints towards the service I received.
Colton's seem to be having staffing issues. The cook was a trainee and was still in learning mode. The salmon was extremely salty and our babies burgers were overcooked and the fries cold upon receiving. Our waiter had only been there 5 days which was obvious. He hadn't received adequate training and we continuously had to ask for things such as napkins, food left from order, saucers, condiments and etc.. We ordered about 1:45 and received our food close to 3pm. I do understand everyone is having staffing challenges but this is where management steps in. Customer service should still be the focus.
The catfish was over cooked. They didn't give me any coleslaw or tartar sauce. Basically all I was sold was 1 piece of catfish cut up into for pieces, 3 hush puppies & bake potato. The fish had that black stuff in it, so they may have sold me catfish nuggets. Terrible... Last week bought the chopped steak. IT WAS BLAND, with a bunch of fried onions on top. Then I called it in waited 45mins to drive their in olive branch, ms then had to wait another 20mins or more. Will not be going back ever
