CI Ci's Pizza is a great place to enjoy buffet style Pizza or get it to Go....But don't leave without these Cinnamon Rolls, they just melt in your mouth.
Terribly filthy. Disgusting. On March 17, we came here. The floor was covered with trash and food debris. Many tables were unbiased. Customers were cleaning tables to sit. I’m 52 and I’m not certain I’ve been in a restaurant this dirty. In 40 minutes nothing was cleaned by staff.To make matters worse, for about half our 40-minute visit there was one pizza on the buffet & the salad dressing bottles were all empty.I counted 5 employees, so I’m not sure why the failure.
I really do wish I had pictures but this has always been one of the best and my favorite pizza places of all time. They have specialty, very unique types like spinach Alfredo pizza, cheeseburger pizza, BBQ pizza, and so much more. And it's all the same price if you just got cheese pizza all on its own. I highly recommend it and I recommend the large not huge size cause it's not needed. The only large one I for sure can recommend is the stuffed crust pizza which I got for the BBQ pizza. Also I got an order of cinnamon rolls. So it was large spinach Alfredo, cinnamon rolls, BBQ stuffed crust, and a huge meat lovers pizza. It was only around $20-$25. They used to cost much more and now it's much more affordable and just as good of not better than they used to be!!
I really don't think I should have give this location 1 star 1st of all the food was horrible and old looked like it had been there since lunch and it was just not appetizing you could tell someone had really not cared about how they made the pizza. Then staff was rude and I understand that they are kids but I had my daughter with me she heard everything they were saying to each other and the the language was offensive. So I asked for the manager they stated he was in the restroom after waiting 10 minutes he came out the restroom by this time my daughter had became sick to the stomach and I was just thinking maybe we came at a bad time so I ask the manager if we could get a raincheck or a gift card to come another time when things were a bit better, well he says we don't do anyting like that stood there for few uncomfortable moments and just walked away. That offended me more than the kids because as a manager in a costumer service position you could have at least been nice. Maybe your manager needs a retraining because I don't think we will be returning to this location
they gave definitely fallen off i used to come here all the time but came today and it was dirty barely had any pizzas i settled for bread sticks and pasta they need to just close at this point
Staff jumping over the counter to go play on the basketball game. Several of the staff eating behind the counter, one even while ringing up my order and taking my money. Don't want to see all that. Several other locations to choose from. This one is not for me!
Great price love the game arcade and the customer service is fantastic I highly recommend cicis pizza
Bathroom was very messy it need to be clean often as many people come in & out every 30mins/but the food was hot and fresh each time we went to the bar
Food was good. They keep bringing fresh pizzas. They were constantly cleaning and sanitizing the tables and buffet area.
Much to my surprise, at about 11:30pm today, I actually walked back through the doors I'd personally bared about 5 or so years ago. Bared because the food and service had gotten so bad. BUT TODAY'S EXPERIENCE WAS somewhat REFRESHING! First, I saw FRESH HOT pizza on the bar. Walked over to the salad bar to find FRESH CLEAN lettuce (not wilted). The air conditioner was actually working. Food trays, utensils, plates, tables, food bars, drink bar and main floor were clean and service was quite impressive and fast. However, the sneeze guard was so dingy I couldn't see through it clearly to identify the food.The only draw back was the bathroom and entrance hall to same. The bathroom entryway floor was very dirty including the rear emergency exit door. Found this strange as it didn't add up to the demand for wearing a mask (so "I" don't spread germs, you know). However, I did see others come in WITHOUT A MASK and were served anyway (DOUBLE STANDARD?)?!?! ?Okay, back to the bathroom: the soap dispenser was disassembled. No soap readily available. Paper towel dispenser wasn't dispensing due to a dead battery? I alerted the gentleman in the dining area and he thanked me for letting him know and went to take care of it.When asked if this location were under new management or ownership I didn't get an answer as they claimed not to know. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.
