When it comes to eating fast food, my preference is chick fil A, always! I love their salads, their spicy sandwich, and the lemonade. The drive through experience is always superb. They are the best when it comes to drive through Managemnet. They deploy work force outside to take orders in ahead and to track. So even it is immensely crowded, the wait time is minimal. Other fast food joints can take a note!! This is just another usual chick fil A. I ordered a spicy meal for my dinner which was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend the place.
Chick-fil-A has always had outstanding food and I've never had a bad experience any time I've had their food. But I just started using their app with curbside pickup and Wow! What a fantastic food ordering app! So easy to use, very well laid out and intuitive, and so easy to customize and add options. Every food ordering app should copy this. Best of all, no in-your-face tip shame when you check out. In fact, no place to even add a tip. Look, restaurant employees work hard for low pay and I am happy to tip generously, but I really, really resent how most food ordering apps handle this.
The kiddo loves the chicken nuggets and fries from here. We come here way too often. Kids have no problem eating the same thing everyday. As an adult I find the menu kind of limiting and boring. Their salads are really good, and the breakfast options are pretty good tooMake sure to download and use the app. You get lots of rewards if you frequent them.
I always order my food through the Chic-Fil-App while at work for me and my clients. So yesterday, I received this over cooked dark crispy sandwich, in addition my waffle fries had to all the crumbs from the last Mohicans and not whole waffle fries. So I call the Bartlett location and speak to a team leadWho then transfers me to Joy (Manager). I explain to Joy that in the history of histories of ordering delivery from Chic-Fil-A it never been cold as I’m down the street 10 min. Also it’s over cooked must have new policy to burn food? Joy asks my name and did I do curbside or delivery? I state On The Go Nailz Salon & Spa and delivery through Chic Fil A app. She puts me on hold come back and tell me when it was order and the delivery time of 11:50! At this time it was 12:05 pm. She states Mam we did a quality check and it got there on time. Well it didn’t get to ☄️uncrunchy, hard, and over cooked, and waffle crumble fries and burned nuggets that break by touch. The nuggets are already premature??.Joy then states you want us to redeliver, pick it up, or refund it? (In my mind)Do it look like I have time to pick up and I ordered delivery? Duhhh No! I’m working lady. So I said at this point I lost my appetite for it send a refund. Joy then says we will send the driver back to pick it up and if it’s not correct we will give refund it you will receive it I 1-3 days?My reaction ?!!!!! ?During Covid Pandemic??♀️??♀️Aww ok. I will have your crunchy chicken/ nuggets and waffle crumbs ready so come and get your pig slop cause Joy I didn’t eat this mess!!! In the history of histories of Chic-Fil-A I heard of coming to pick up an order.So 330pm rolls around And Joy’s employee hasn’t Arrived. By this time my next client is came During my call back to the store. Then I speak to another manager Celeste who is now on duty. I didn’t give Celeste the spell of my experience earlier in the day she shares with me that Joy is now off work which I’m pretty sure of because it was early. Then Celece tells me that picking food back up was not their? policy. Well Celeste I said the same thing but I wasn’t gone question what Joy was paid to do. Celeste apologized and said she would issue the refund and was sorry I experienced this. To be continued……….: for refund……………..
Honestly never had any issues when doing Curbside pickup.Food comes out as ordered, right to my car.Always been delicious - and faster than drive through!Avoid the wait in line inside or in drive through - use the APP!
**UPDATEThe owner Allen reached out to me and has apologized for his employee director Mark for his unacceptable actions and refunded me my order.I am leaving this review up so others can be aware of how hostile and confrontational Mark the director is. I still do not recommend this restaurant as long as an employee like that remains employed there. I do commend Allen for taking the actions he seems appropriate, even though I do not agree with them completely. Please be aware of Mark while you dine here, he is rude and extremely confrontational even when you are nice.Be sure to pull forward if they ask you to at the drive through window (even if you are waiting on 1 item) if not the director Mark will threaten to have Bartlett PD move you, and when you ask for a refund suddenly your food so ready and they ask if you just want the food.After the hostile interaction I had with the director mark, even while I remained calm through the entire ordeal, I do not feel comfortable eating the food o purchased in fear of what they may have done to it.Just pull forward , the attitude and hostile environment isn’t worth your energy. I do not recommend this location at all. Especially while it’s ran by the director Mark. I have called and reported this to the proper people.In the amount of time it took them asking me to move and threatening me with the police then suddenly my food was ready was 2 minutes total.
...have you ever tried to eat a sample bite of something or a few fries while driving?Couldn't do it with Spicy Chicken Sandwich with pepper jack cheese.I had to pull over and enjoy each bite.
O love how organize they are. Staff is very friendly and food is always great. I always order my food through their app and it's always u s correct.
Simply amazing food and services each visit.What sticks with me most is witnessing you people serve so professional and ending each transaction with "It was my pleasure." I pray that Chick-fil-A's customer-focused approach, generosity and great services will some day be duplicated by other fast food chains; particularly, those that are so unfriendly and unprofessiona.l They are lazy cares nothing about future surveys. They simply run (would be) customers away daily.Thank God for Chick-fil-A! Blessings!
This management at this restaurant should be replaced immediately. They treat the workers horrible. They bully demean and disrespect the teen workers all in the “chic fil a “ way . There is no reason to bully 15 and 16 y/o on their first job. They are happy to get the job but are immediately intimidated . It is so sad this is their first job experience.
