I went Friday and was a little shocked by the total and had to ask for my receipt. I returned the next day and was told I needed cash. I went across the street and returned to a line. I saw a manager walk out and a different manager walk in as the line grew. Neither manager came to tell the customer's in line that the system was down. As cars pulled off and I got up to the speaker I tried gaining the attention of anybody inside. I pulled around to the window to see a worker talking to a manager. Nobody had a headset on to tell customer's the system was down. I already pass one burger king to come to this one. I guess I'll have to travel further for another burger king.
This is the worst fast food chain I have been to in memphis. Do not come here. Even the high gas prices are worth the extra drive for a better Burger King. The manager had to come out just to tell the worker to take our order when she was just standing there doing nothing. The drive through is just as bad as the dine in so there is no good option for this franchiseEdit. I would like to add the manager is a hardworking mother. She had her kid in the burger kind and I can tell she works hard. But the state and management of the place is still bad. I hope things get better for her after this job.
If I could give this Burger King a 0 star I would. Every-time my family and visit this location the lines are long meanwhile the inside is closed and something is always down or broken so they stop taking orders or “temporarily close”. Today’s excuse (5/18/22) was the broiler was down. Want to make money but don’t want to work…pure laziness
Went to the drive thru last night only to be told they weren't doing the drive thru. Which was fine I understand if they are short staffed or something, I googled the next closest burger king. I sat there for not even 30 seconds before the lady comes on the intercom saying "You can you inside but you cannot sit at the intercom!" She was very unnecessarily rude. The time I went there before our burgers were burnt, I will not be using this burger king again.
The food was great the buger was made excellent
I ordered a Big King but got a different burger, I had to go back to ask for my nugget sauce and the ketchup I requested for my fries. There was only one other customer, so it's not exactly like they were slammed. I hadn't been to this location in awhile, I really hope my experience was a fluke and not the new norm, I'm not sure I'll be going back to this location now. Three stars just because the food was tasty.
This Burger King location has really improved in recent months. They're friendly and prompt with your food. Great job!
Ordered the $5 double whopper jr meal w/ cheese. They left off my cheese then she said keep it and I'll get them to make it over. Boy am I glad she did. The second one had one patty no pickle and not even close to enough lettuce. So I made my own double whopper with cheese out of the two sandwiches.
Ordered classic chicken sandwich combo and a burger combo.Charged .60 for cheese on each-NO CHEESE on either.Dry chicken sandwich due to NO MAYO!No straws for either drink.NO Ketchup for fries. This employees want $15 an hour but don't want to care about the details of a customers order. Just there to get a check. But at the end of the day this is simply poor management! My suggestion for customers....hold the line up and search for everything even open your sandwiches and ask for everything you do not have....straws, napkins, ketchup....before pulling away. Maybe if their lines get backed up with everyone checking their order at the window and having to remake every sandwich not correct they will do better.
Yelling, "Come on, say your order!" through the drive through intercom as your opening line is not how we communicate. Why this establishment thinks that's acceptable is baffling, but I drove off without ordering.Stay classy, Memphis.
