I showed up at 15 minutes before closing with customers at the window. As I was at the speaker to take my order and no one did. I pulled to the window to tell them thier speaker was having issues but was told that orders stopped at 9:55pm while I was at the speaker at 9:45. I said I've been waiting over 15 minutes at the speaker and I got a nothing response..we'll its was more like an "Oh Well ?♂️"....
They say they aren't open because the electricity is out . But electricity is on and everything seems to be working just fine except the employees ability to work one employee came running outside to tell another employee that something just happened in the game so apparently they are just hanging out watching the game and getting paid for it. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this Arby's. Seems like someone needs to clean house and get some new management in there and some employees that may actually work.
Came here 4/10/2022 at 10:38am and the guy on the speaker was extremely rude and rushed my Husband. When he’d say what he wanted, the guy would respond in an agitated tone, “ anything else?” We added our 6 piece chicken and the guy then says after letting out a sigh,” so you want the fries or you don’t want the fries?” We make it the window at 10:43am and he’s making drinks and is using profanity. We only stopped here because it was close to where we were at the time. I’ll gladly drive 6 minutes down Germantown parkway for better service. I know my money won’t make a difference in your operation, but the rude guy with zero customer service sure will! Hopefully you can figure out who he is.
Not a very good experience at this Arby's. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch meal with their new crinkle fries and a Brisket sandwich meal with curly fries. It took forever and the women working the window seemed put out by me ordering food there. Got the food and drove off THEN stuck my hand in the bag for some fries on my way home. I grabbed hard, cold curly fries. Grabbed some of the crinkle fries and not as cold and hard as the curly ones but still...cold and hard. I turned around and pulled up to the window and politely asked for fresh, hot fries. With a slight attitude she said ok and got the fries. It was only 1 order and I had to knock on the window and ask for the 2nd order. They were great fries of course because they were fresh. I get home and my sandwich is really a sad sight. No bacon on my Turkey BACON Ranch sandwich and barely anything else. And the edges of the bread was too hard to eat. I ate what I could and was glad I had at least had good fries. I don't recommend this Arby's unless you are desperate. Sad to say.
Ordered in the drive thru and it took forever to get the food. Then come to find out after I got home the fries wasn't full. They barely filled the fries half way.
The food was good. We had to go through the drive through and it was busy but the staff got the order out much faster than I expected. Wish the dinning room was open.
Sandwich cold... didn't give gravy that was suppose to with sandwich.... fries were cold, old, dry, and inedible. Never going back. FYI... I rarely give bad reviews... no choice on this place.
Great food and great service
The food was tasty, hot and fresh so that's why I've ranked them highly. The only few downfalls were the drive thru line was so slow we went inside to place our orders. The people that worked there were nice but yet again slow service on the inside as well. And the beverage area had dried spilled soda all over the counter as if no one cleans in that section.
Tonight, it was a great night for dine in. As you drive down Stage Road and see the long lines at the drive thru and closed dining rooms, this place is a secret to most as their drive thru moves quick and the dining room was almost empty. As far as the food went, all was as it should be tonight. Delivered fairly fast and hot. I’ll sneak down here again.
