We ordered here after a not so good 'meal' at Slim Chickens and while Wing Stop was better, that's not saying much. We got 10 boneless BBQ wings, 10 lemon pepper bone in wings, 10 parmesan garlic bone in wings and some fries with vegetable slices. The fries were greasy, weird tasting and basically inedible, the bone in wings had no flavor and tasted old and chewy, the veggie slices were gross and the only good part were the boneless wings. Even then, I had a bit of a stomach ache after eating them and I wouldn't be surprised if they were old or undercooked. No good.
I called the store 3 times Friday 02/25/2022 and everytime someone answered I was asked to be placed on hold, with no one coming back to the phone. Today, 02/27/2022, I called in after 3 pm thinking I would have better luck. No such thing. The guy who answered, asked me to please hold. I held again for 5 minutes, and finally hung up. I understand businesses are hurting for good help, but come on, when you answer the phone, realize we are customer's as well. Being a manager of restaurants in the past, I would not allow my employee's too forger any customer's.
Meh. It's only getting two stars instead of the one star it deserves because the food was decent-ish, heavy on the ish. It was a balmy 57 degrees inside while dining in, the beverage machine was out of commission and apparently never being repaired. Just meh. Staff was nice and again, food was decent, but we won't return. If they're open much longer at least...
Food is so so delicious!! I always buy wings from Wingstop when in SF. The wings aren’t that small which is good, the price is reasonable. And they have a number of varieties of wings!! The fries are awesome, and I love the veggie snacks! ?
Not the most friendly service. I understand bad days; we all have them. But at least treat customers like they are people. I was not impressed with that. Bbq wings were on the dry side with the sauce. I won't go back, and if I do, it won't be offten. I miss Arizona Wing Stop! ?

This is ridiculous called on four different occasions and the hours have changed understandable if your staff is low but have the information up on building. I go in today I look online after just getting off work trying to get something to eat I’m told at 9:18 pm that they are close but they are people still sitting down talking, someone in the back still cooking but they can’t make my food even thought it states on there website that they are open until 10. Rude Older black gentleman comes up to me after I’m waiting on the cook and I’m like what is going on why is that my call wasn’t answered but you guys are still open. He state the owner of the establishment says to close at 9. My question why don’t you have that on your website and why is the other so called mangers say 10. There isn’t any notice on the door (which I took a picture of)I advised once again can you go on google to have it changed so us as customer can know the right information. The older black gentleman then ask me if I work. Please check your employee before hiring cause not everyone is going to be okay with the way you do things. Sad thing is I sat outside just to see that two orders are still needing to be picked up and it now 9:54 pm, most times it takes 15 to 20 to make my food but the doors are still open.
service was amazing ...it was my first time was treated like my business time n money was valuablefood was tasty n fresh
They don't do well done so why give the option? I had to wait 20 min for my carryout with about 16 other people watching two kids try their best. They should serve popcorn for the wait.
Really good wings, was REALLY busy and the two guys working the kitchen by themselves on a Sunday night did a fantastic job.
