I can’t even believe this place is open, today I went n ordered 2 meals he handed me the wrong meal 3 times and the wrong drink 4 times. when I said I ordered a lemonade he dipped his dam fingers in it omg it was so gross… then he said “it was made with love” (ew) like brooo you touched money ….I ended up paying for something I couldn’t eat or drink, it’s not like I can return it there was no recipe either. I’m just so grossed out how is it when I worked at Wendy’s our boss was on us about food safety but not anymore WTH??in Foodservice you need to be hygienic for the safety of customers… I would have felt safer licking plane toilets then eat here it was that bad ?? never again.

We stopped after going through a medical procedure for me. I just had to have a frosty, I haven't had one in years. It wasn't only delicious, but the perfect comfort food. Thanks Wendys.
So being next door getting my car worked, and went to go get breakfast. I pulled on the door and out of a side window a guy pops out we don't open lobby till 11. Another guy walks up out of his car and this guy is upset he has a trailer and we'll he just wants to get his food. If you are that short staffed and ur closing all ur Wendy's here in Sioux falls. This is just horrible that you can not open ur store. Taco bell got my business this morning and a great survey you how ever did not get either. Not that your gm or owners care
Slow service. Had to wait 2 min before anyone asked to take our order. When we pulled up the staff was bickering about who's turn it was to get the fries and prep the food. Food was hot and fresh and they got everything right.
They seem to never have their menu lights on so it's just a big dark wall. They don't seem to have enough workers. I also met a man who never showered or changed his clothes for anything, who claimed he was an employee at this facility. I used to love Wendys out of Sioux falls. But I would never eat at this one if no changes were seriously made.
The kid that took our order was super nice and respectful. His name was Brexten and he was great! He even came and checked on us to see if we needed anything else and offered to take our tray when we were finished!
There was a mix up in the order and the Manager fixed it Right away I will order from them again the food is good And the breakfast are a lot better than their competition
Love Wendy's... would give 5 stars if the app was better. I always prefer to order ahead and use the app to redeem rewards, but the app is so terribly designed I'm often left just driving away (like I did today). Couldn't update my card info.
It's Wendy's. Pretty sure you know what to expect. Whether you want to demolish a triple baconator after a night at the bar or grab some quick good for the family it is the place to go.
