Great tortillas, highly recommend. I will be buying all of my tortillas here from now on. Tacos are very basic; meat, onions, cilantro. Sadly they were out of pork, but steak and chicken were still good. Love the hot sauce.
I ordered the tacos. Tortillas were thick and hard. Pretty rough to chew. The steak was OK but semi burnt and rough. The chicken was too rubbery, dry, hard and no flavor very bland. The al pastor was the best in flavor wise only. The limes were dry. They don't really have many options very tiny menu. FYI they only accept cash. This is only a take out place. There's no room to eat. Very tiny crowded place. Friendly staff.
Best tacos ive had since i moved to south dakota from los angeles. The owner is super friendly tacos are on point and so is the salsa.

A small family-run tortilleria that focuses only on a few menu items and does them exceedingly well. I got the al pastor and a steak taco, both were excellent with the al pastor being the more memorable of the two. I experiencd very friendly service.
Just moved to Sioux Falls 3 weeks ago. As a Hispanic woman of course I wanted to try out some Mexican food lol. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner a really nice man. I felt welcomed. I ordered 2 burritos 1 al pastor and the other of carne asada. Very delicious! I got excellent service and the good was delicious I’m coming back for sure ? totally recommend. Take out only. And I forgot to take some pics but the presentation was good.
Omg the steak tacos were sooooo good today mmm best tacos I’ve had in awhile for 2.50 you can’t beat the price or the taste.
In a sea of fast food, skip the line and go half a block to Tortilleria Hernandez. It's delicious, local, and friendly. I enjoyed my lunch and will definitely be back!
