Sent in an order last night around 12:50. We didn’t get out pizza until 2:45am and it was pretty gross. Tasted like it was sitting those two hours. We were told on your website that we would have in between 1:15-1:25. It took an extra hour and a half and your employee made some joke when he got here saying “y’all really must be hungry now” after we had called the store at 2 and they said they weren’t taking orders. You don’t just get to brush off an order because you don’t wanna do it.Staff needs to be talked to about urgency and the way they speak to guests. Not worth our money as of last night. We order weekly but might switch pizza places for better quality, it’ll be cheaper, and staff aren’t rude. Fix your business.
Horrible customer service skills, they need to learn how to speak to your customers. Very rude and unpleasant. I WILL NOT be getting pizza from toppers ever again.
Toppers is a great underrated pizza joint. We order pizza; cinna stixs and cheese curds for curbside. We arrived early and they came out instantly to have us sign our receipt and let us know the food was in the over. The worker was extremely friendly. Food was great. Hot even after our drive home. Delicious. I highly recommend pizza lovers to check them out.
First time here and food was nice. Not over the top but I would recommend that pizza lovers try a slice. I will be going back for more And Taking pics.Service was polite and fast. From what I could see place was clean. Kudos
[email protected]@@ you Topper's Pizza! Just because I ordered food through a delivery company instead of directly through you and the order was screwed up you say that you're not responsible. You screwed up my order and didn't put things in it that I paid for not the Doordash driver. That's the absolute most horrible customer service I have ever had! You will never get my business again
Why is one of our pizzas nice and cheesy and the other burnt to a crisp?
I've been ordering pizza from here for a while now. They have great vegan options and the pizzas are usually excellent. I've experienced a lot of inconsistency when it comes to how accurate the orders are, and lots of things are missed. Missing or extra ingredients, missing dipping sauces, etc. I feel like I have to double-check the pizza every time before I leave, which makes it hard to recommend delivery. Having said that, the staff here have always been great at correcting mistakes in a timely manner and making things right. I wish there was a little more focus on accuracy, but most of the time it's a solid choice.
Last time we ordered pizza for delivery, we paid for (4) dipping sauces which we did not receive. We called and complained and got two free pizza vouchers in the mail. We used them and everything was fine. Tonight was our first time ordering pizza after using our free vouchers, and again we paid for (4) dipping sauces, and again we did not receive them. Ridiculous. I know it’s only like $3.37 but still. We will definitely be ordering pizza from somewhere else in the future.
The pizza was okay...There was a man just walking around with balls of dough in his hand. Wasn't in an apron or had gloves on.They forgot my dipping sauces, which was understandable because the employees were joking around a lot not really paying attention to the customers
Ordered a Nacho Sticks, it had no cheese topping on it. Then when I called to correct the mistake I was rudely hung up on. I just wanted my cheese mayne.
