Great staff great food awesome atmosphere, always have to leave with a doggie bag, Between the fresh baked dinner rolls the appetizer and the meal. good stuff

Went at around 3pm (a far less busy time) and we were told a 25min wait, which turned into over an hour. There were other patrons with a similar wait time. The staff's pathetic excuse was "shift change", which is ridiculous. Once seated, the waitress was attentive and the food was quick. Too quick. Our side of ribs was totally black burnt on the outside and my Wife's prime rib wasn't just pink (or even rare), a third if it was still absolutely raw. I'm not sure how it could be raw if cooks are following the set directions for cooking a slow cooked made beforehand meat like prime rib. My steak was done perfectly, and everything else as well. The last time we tried to eat here at supper time, we were told at least a 2 hour wait! We promptly left.
The wait here was honestly insane since you can't call ahead. That is my only real complaint is that this location badly needs a reservation system or overhaul the app only starts the count once you get there. 45+ min wait most nights. That said the staff was very friendly and nice to us and our 2 year old. They were very helpful and kept the drinks filled and made sure we were cared for. By no means a cheap meal but left with leftovers and very full. Felt it was time well spent. Good selection of things to eat, food came out fresh and hot. Would happily return again.
I am normally really excited to go and eat here but this time my daughter and myself needed to get home so we decided to get carry out. Well all the way around we were completely disgusted. Asked for medium rare steaks got well done, asked for sweet potato with butter and brown sugar ended up with just a sweet potato, fresh cooked veggies weren’t even cooked all the way, no plastic wear had to turn back around to get it. Usually we are very pleased but I will say it will be the last time I ever use carry out. Very disappointed

This is our family's favorite ?! Never disappointed! Yes we always buy extras of the buns. That is a definite must. The steaks are the best!
