Excellent service! Very delicious!
The owner is ridiculous, we waited almost an hour for two drinks and one of the “tea’s” tasted like tap water, and by the time we got the drink the ice was melted. We kindly let them know and asked for a refund or a different drink and the owner waved her hands and told the girl we “can buy another drink.” Lol. The young girl at the counter is very nice but you can tell she’s very stressed and seems to be treated poorly. For a Saturday they need more help… Extremely poor management and will not support business owners like that. The drinks are nothing special and the boba is mediocre. I think it has good reviews because boba shops are pretty uncommon in the midwest still. Their menu is definitely way too big for what they can handle and the interior design is really bland and weird- almost feels like a business that is closing soon.
Recently I tried the new Strawberry Oolong fresh tea. This was amazing! I really like loose leaf teas and the oolong has a slight sweetness all of its own, the strawberry adds a bit of sweetness and great aroma to this wonderfully comforting hot drink. If you haven't tried the fresh tea yet I highly recommend it! Thanks for the great tea and warm smiles Tastea's!
I have been a loyal customer For some time now it was the last visit that really erk'd me....they have a punch card for frequent visitors. Well. I had sent my daughter in on Saturday April 16th, 2022 Get me 2 Boba milk teas that I normally order While I was at work She had a full punch card And normally the charge for my two drinks was around $16 But she gave the lady a full punch card hoping the Get a free Drink (thats what a full card recieves correct?). She then chatged my daughter $11 for the one drink and was extremely rude and snotty towards my daughter. When asked for a new pubch card for the drink that was paid for the lady chucked it at my daughter(all angry) I just want to say shame on whoever that lady was that was working around noon that day she was extremely rude. To think...I had sent To your businessAnd to be treated like thati felt super bad n embarrassed I'm in customer service I don't even understand how you can be so nasty to people when you're trying to build a business!!
Long wait, but it is about what you'd expect. We got the black milk bubble tea, it was very sweet but very good. Seems to be a popular place so there is a large wait but it's worth it if you've got spare time and a craving for bubble tea. I did not get the opportunity to try any of the ice cream, but it all looks very good.
Service was horrible Never been here before wanted to try something new so Stopped in and Asked a few questions and pretty much got yelled out for not knowing anything and felt completely rushed Got my drink and tried to stay positive to only find out my drink was horrible Definitely won't be back after this I don't recommend at all Very poor customer service
Good drinks, super busy though, better know what you order before get to the cashier.
Yummy I love boba so this place is my go too! My boyfriend loves their rolled ice cream!

Great bubble teas! They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it. The waiting area could use a little attention to feel more welcoming.
