Trash service. Ordered a cheesy hash-brown breakfast burrito combo and an extra coffee. They didn’t give me the extra coffee and acted confused when I asked for the extra coffee I ordered. When I ate my food I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no egg in burrito!Earlier review: Don't substitute steak if you want any. Smaller and smaller portions for more and more and more. Guy was rude too -- said, "I'm handing you your food" when I gave him a confused look because he handed me the wrong order (I ordered a cravings box and he handed me a brown bag). I sat and waited about a full minute before he finally asked me what was wrong.
Do not eat here. The workers here do not care about you, the food they serve, or their jobs. The burrito supreme bare have anything in them, and are so stale the tortilla is hard and crunchy. Taco has barely a baby sized spoon of meat in it and actually looks like someone stepped on it
Sioux Falls Taco Bell’s have all been bad lately. Quality and efficiency lacking bruh. Only one dude working the night shift, homie sounded stressed. I wish management would incentivize their staff a little better.
Slowest Taco Bell in town. Employees just stand around and talk while they have a full drive thru line and full lobby. One person works on food and that’s it. It’s ridiculous. Been waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes waiting for my food. Same with everyone else.
Not impressed with their $5 box when anytime in the past Taco Bell was always delicious. 2 soft shells & a chalupa w a small portion of ?canned? black beans is what it looked like. A spec of cheese & lettuce. Would be Better off w 1 taco & 1 chalupa w full portions.
I come here for late night food often. Every time I’ve been through the drive through, and usually after midnight, the people that work here are so nice and friendly. Always good service and food. Awesome people work at this location. It’s way better than the one down the road.Thanks
This place has gone downhill!!! Employees are complete trash now, won't even help you at the counter anymore. They all acted like spoiled little children, mad that they have to do their job. This used to be the best taco bell in sioux falls, now it's by far the worst! Maybe just close this store permanently, since the employees literally won't even do their jobs?
Went in for a quick lunch with my son, ordered three tacos, cheesy potatoes, and chips and waited 30 minutes for our food to be prepared. It was very apparent that the drive thru was being prioritized, just looking through the windows the drive thru was never backed up yet the dining room was packed with people. There were four people I could see working in the kitchen yet the orders they were working on 90% of the time were for drive thru. This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I've had
This store neglects door dash. Never order doordash or Uber eats or any takeout from this store. It will be 30 minutes late before it ever gets made. They've got five employees and it takes them 20 minutes to make one order. Stay away from this store especially if you are ordering to go and actually hungry.
Very rude customer service. Managers name was Awet. I asked for the corporate offices number and he would not give it to me. I would not suggest going here for anybody for anything go to a different fast food.
