The service was fast and helpful they told us about the current specials and were friendly.

Tried the new Catalina taco and it was pretty good. Very fast service and the staff was friendly. Chipotle chicken wraps are no longer on the menu, but still alot of tasty and affordable food.
Delicious food but they forgot our cinnamon twists. Had ordered only 3 things so missing one item shouldn't happen. They also left off all the deluxe toppings you pay for on our taco... so I paid $2.27 + tax for a doritos Loco taco with a small spoonful of taco meat, rotten lettuce and a pinch of cheese. It was more shell than anything else. These are mistakes that shouldn't be made. Make the item as ordered. Make sure you have all items before bagging. Double check count if order items. Then give to the customer. Not that hard. Hopefully they'll do better next time because this is one of my favorite fast food options.
The kid that was working the window did NOT want to be there. Food was good but at 10:30PM, the window kid was not having it. (Rude, didnt say hardly anything, handed us our food then closed the window without a thank you or any words)
Just depends on when you go and who makes you food! But taco bell is a great fast food place. But again will have it's ups and downs
So, I'm not one to usually complain... but I got one single piece of chicken in a whole taco.
Was there last night and placed a mobile order walked in a little after 11pm to pick it up. Didn't know that the lobby closed at 11 as there was nothing showing that it did got yelled at by the person who was mopping the floor for it and he wasn't doing anything to help us either get our food or cancel the order as we already paid. A young woman named Jackie was leaving work when this happened and was able to help us get our order and she is amazing and definitely deserves a raise or something.
The service was nonexistent. We stopped at Taco Bell because we were in a hurry and ended up waiting 30 minutes for a small order. We offered for them to give us a refund and they said, "no refunds. The food was un acceptable. Hardly no meat at all on our tacos nor burritos (which was supposed to be a double steak). We will not be visiting Taco Bell again
