Possible Food Poisoning from Artichoke DIPI never had bad food from them until Sunday. The nachos were too dark, yet soggy from the toppings. The patty melt was extra greasy, and the artichoke dip had a "funny flavor." I thought maybe the fact that it was lukewarm accounted for the taste. Luckily, I'm the only one that ate the artichoke dip because I got violently sick at 10 pm Sunday night. Exactly 4 hours after I ate. My kids had the soggy nachos, and they were fine luckily.I have been going there for years, but this was the first time I ordered after 5 pm. Never again.
One order of wings were just barely warm and order was cold. I e-mailed them twice about the problem and no response. To many good places in Sioux Falls to return here.
They were out of the cod fillets for the fish and chips (on a Friday in Lent). I asked for a substitute at the same price. The waiter laughed at me. He refused to ask management if they would offer a substitute until I insisted. It was $4 more. I got up and left and informed him he lost a lifetime customer over $4. The lack of customer service and perspective is astonishing. Disrespectful. I’ve been eating at TC’s for years. I’ll never be back.
