Today I arrived with my two 12 year olds after their soccer game at 2:30pm. The sign on the door said closes at 4pm. We were the only 3 guests in the building. We all placed our orders and the two high school girls working were very helpful. The manager Betty (was the name on her hat) was quick to ring my total up, in fact too quick. One of my son's was still in the process of building his sandwich and asked for guacamole and the manager raised her voice and said to her high school worker "no! No guacamole. No. I already rang them up." I then said it wasn't a big deal I'll pay for the guacamole to which she replied "I gotta charge for extras and I gotta know that up front." I then told her that it was her fault for ringing up the order when he wasn't finished with it. I was mad but paid the 75 cents for the guacamole. How are you going to tell my 12 year old no, I am a paying customer, which was obvious by the $33 I had already paid before my son was rudely told no. I told the high school worker to put the guac on the sandwich. I then asked for Betty's managers name to which she snapped back "I am the manager." I said it again, I want YOUR managers number. She again snapped "I am the manager." Then I clarified I wanted the name and number of who was above her. She did provide me Greg's office number. Once we exited the building the customer who entered after us even said "man what was her proble? She went off for no reason." HE, yes HE apologized for the way I was treated and told me to have a better day.
One of the best Subways in town. A little loud at times.
This subway is currently the best subway in all of Sioux Falls. Hands down. Their ingredients are always fresh and takes the best from all the Subways I've gone to in Sioux Falls.
The manager on duty happily came out to make our sandwiches when we walked in. It was kind of nice to see!Food was good, place was clean, and the music selection was pretty fun. My daughter got a kick out of me singing along.
I ate at the one on south Minnesota ave. Had the baja steak. There was no way the meat was steak. It tasted like an old roast and had a lot of sinew in the meat. I have eaten at quite a few subways and this was the worst.

I have been here many times and it’s usually pretty good. Last night 8/15/21 however was different. I walked in shortly after 7pm, one employee was mopping and the other was standing by register. I was the only customer customer in there. They told me it would be a couple of minutes? The mopper seamed disgruntled that he had to move to for me to enter the store. The lady behind the counter disappeared in back. A minute later the mopper came behind the counter to take my order. He asked me to repeat both subs several times which I guess was good because he got everything right eventually. The other employee finally emerged quite promptly to help someone else. I got home and both subs were so sloppily put together that we went through the 15 napkins we were given in our first couple of bites. Also the bread was so tough and chewy it was barely edible.
Honestly, just go to Jimmy John's or Potbelly, this place is the fast food of sandwich shops.
