What can I say? It's overpriced coffee. 11.09 for a coffee and a hot chocolate.
Very friendly service. Provided a drink holder and sack for food before I had a chance to ask for one. Food and drinks were ready a little quicker than average! Drive thru was easy to navigate.
Although my experience was very quick, I have to compliment the service!! Thank you to the barista taking drive thru orders for her friendliness and welcoming tone, and to EMMA for being so sweet! While waiting for my drink she asked me how my day was going and it felt genuine. She continued to make small talk with me until my order was ready and didn’t just shut the window on my face telling me it would be out in a minute. Wonderful customer service and thanks again to Emma for the great encounter!
Poor customer interaction.Treated us as if we didn't belong in there."Manager" had a short attitude.Felt a lowkey "we don't like black people" vibes.Do not shop here if you're a person of color.The pride flag up front is just a front to hide how they feel.
My son and I have been commuting from Yankton to Sioux Falls some times as much as 3 times a week. I pulled into the drive through with a screaming toddler feeling defeated to say the least. Not only did the Baristas make me a delicious Iced coffee, they gave my son a Christmas Cake Pop. Your compassion is appreciated!!!!

I want to order coffee drive thru by a walk, I’m trick driver and my truck doesn’t fit there. They open window and say they can take my order without car)))) are you kidding))))!!!?
If you want to see good management in practice, visit this location. They closed the indoor seating so they can focus on training. This is how you run a business!
I ordered ahead with the app, and to no fault of Starbucks I ordered too early, because I didn't know how long it would take me to get across town. Well when I arrived, the drive through line was very long and slow - so our drinks had been sitting there awhile. All that being said, the service was friendly and our PSL, Pink Drink, and Dragon drinks were still yummy!
This is my favorite Starbucks location, baristas are super friendly, and the drinks are always made right and within 5 minutes. It’s really convenient since I work nearby.Other reviews complaining about the drive-thru line are kinda silly, considering there’s always a line at every Starbucks during rush hours. Go early, go late, or order ahead.
