Did a mobile order, they didn't receive the order, the gal at the window handled it fantastically, showed her my mobile order and got our stuff quickly. Added another drink last minute at the window and got it just as quickly. Didn't flustered her, drinks were all great!
Service here is fairly slow. 6 people were working on a slow Sunday afternoon and it still took 15 minutes to get our drinks, with no else in the store.
Don’t waste your time with this place. The drive through is a joke. I waited 15 minutes with them getting to 2 cars. More like wasted. I just went across the street. I was out before the person behind me was at the window. Not going there again. I’ll just stick to Scooters. Lol
This location was closed when we stopped at 6:17 p.m. on a Saturday evening. I guess the workers at this Starbuck’s location are too lazy to be at work and adverse to making a profit. Sioux Falls acts like a big city but operates like a small town. Bigly disappointed.
Been getting the same coffee here almost everyday for a few years, all of a sudden they told me they have to charge me more. (Always get the same drink for the last 5yrs) Ok?? Maybe everything goes up in price? Went to a different Starbucks and ordered the exact same drink and found out it did not go up in price. Must be the new manager, whoever worked on nov 23 at around 10 ish in the morning.
Went through drive through at 6:30pm they say there open until 8pm no one came to the microphone so I tried to go inside and door was locked very disappointed.
girl in the drive thru this morning had absolutely no idea what she was doing, screwed our order up. called to let them know and they could do nothing about it unless we wanted to turn around and come back, didn’t bother apologizing. very POOR customer service, highly do NOT recommend this location
I get the staffing shortage forcing early closure, but I wasn't aware of it originally. Stopped at 4:15 and all the site's signs were still on, the drive-thru board still active with ready to take my order. Should put up hours on the board if you're going to leave your menu/order boards active so we're not sitting there waiting.

They left their mobile ordering on today, Sunday, September 19th. Put in an order, got to the store to a long line of cars in the drive up. Found out they were not even open. Called the store on Covell and 41st was told they are not affiliated with the store. Told them I know managers talk and someone needs to get a hold of someone and tell them to shut their mobile ordering off. I asked how I was supposed to get my $$ money back and was told I should contact the store where the transaction was made. Not cool!!!!
