The drink was terrible, too strong, and didn't taste like caramel at all.Waited in line for my refund for 5-10 minutes because the gal at the register was too busy talking to people she knew.Then had them argue with me about how there was nothing wrong with my drink. Trying to tell me I was suppose to stir it but didn't want a straw, what? All I wanted was a refund.Jul 23rd 4:30pm
The worse Starbucks we are to visit yet. This Starbucks located in Sioux Falls on the corner of Western and 57th street. Long wait time, wrong order, rude baristas. There are other Starbucks in Sioux Falls that have a great service, and actually serve you exactly what you ordered and paid for
This is a big Starbucks with plenty of room for meeting a friend or small group. And it’s open late 10p. Drive thru available and on the corner of a building
A typical Starbucks experience with friendly staff and getting exactly what you want. I love how they are consistently good. The wait times can be a little longer but they move fast
