The friendliest staff that Makes the best iced caramel macchiato
Seems like Starbucks is struggling in Sioux Falls. Most stores are drive thru only and they seem to be out of several beverage options, not just this one, all of them.This location was drive thru only the last time i visited. The line was very long and once you get in, you’re kind of stuck. I waited about 10 min to get to order and then another 7-10 to get my drink.I am allergic to dairy so I typically get tea or plain coffee. I wanted to try something new and the guy that helped me we so knowledgeable. When I got up there he had me try it and said if I didn’t like his suggestion, he’d buy me a new drink. Well I loved it!! I tend to go to other locations so I can order ahead and pick it up inside if the line is too long. I hope the store opens up soon here, then I’ll be back. Be aware if there is any sort of a line, it’ll be a 10-15 minute wait.
If you have 20 minutes to wait for a coffee order, then this is the place to go! I guess they put mobile orders before drive thru? Worst location ever!
I think the service here is pretty great but the issues I have with it are that it quite often is out of popular drinks or drink add ins and that the drive through is a really tight space to get through.
Horrible customer service here at this location I came by they had a line of cars in the drive thru but at the same time they had the sign out to block cars from coming through like the other carsI called to ask why the lady was rude explaining they only had 3 employees working I understand the shortage everybody has been having due to COVID-19 but they could do better than be rude when customers call they can also put a sign on the sign that’s blocking the driveway say they are closed js
Superior customer service from the guy in the window. He was so nice and his smile and easy way of visiting with customers made my day.

I went through the drive through before school and a venti shaken expresso with LIGHT ice. Once I got my drink there was extra ice like it was nothing but ice and when I’ve gone there in the past they have always some how messed up my order
Sioux Falls has a huge Starbucks problem right now. Half of the time they aren’t open or close early but do not update the site/google to reflect change of hours. And most stores if they are open are drive through only and it takes forever. I have always been a Starbucks drinker but this is quickly converting me to scooters.
