It's a Starbucks. What more needs to be said. Clean, quick and friendly.
This past Friday I was in Sioux Falls for one of my sons many appointments at the children’s hospital. Afterwards I decided to stop for a coffee before our trip home. The young man at the window asked me how I was doing, as they always do. I started crying and explained that my son had just been officially diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at his appointment. The sweet young man payed for my coffee. The customer service at this location is always amazing, but that nice gesture was above and beyond amazing customer service.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered an espresso frappucinno with whip cream on top and chocolate drzzle. My drink tasted like soured milk and the whip cream was pure liquid. The worst starbucks I have ever been to! Will not be going back. The staff was also sitting there gossiping about people and being rude.
I have been to this new location three times now and all three times my drink has been messed up. I don’t know if they were not trained prior to opening. Buy three for three and screw ups.
First time in the store for my birthday, very kind and patient with me lol I got a cake pop for free for my birthday ? I would definitely go back !

Good coffee. Hate the paper straws, tastes like cardboard. Hate when companies flont their political views. Take your flag down.
