I got to the drive thru and was told the espresso machines are down. I asked about mocha and was rudely told that the espresso machines were down not know that the coffee I asked about had espresso in it. Not my fault the machines were down. I will never go back tonthat starbucks again. Scooters is now my place to go because the service was outstanding.
I asked the barista for her favorite hot drink nothing with strawberries because I'm allergic to them. I got a Vt Tstd Wm-5 Shots-Ex Hol Sgr Sprkl-Blonde-Caramel Drizzle-Extra Extra Van Sc Cld FnShe said she didn't know why I trusted her, shes crazy about coffee. I am glad I did. The espresso was there obviously but I could barely taste it. Definitely my new coffee order! Thank You Girly!

Went through drive through at 6:30pm they say there open until 8pm no one came to the microphone so I tried to go inside and door was locked very disappointed.
They left their mobile ordering on today, Sunday, September 19th. Put in an order, got to the store to a long line of cars in the drive up. Found out they were not even open. Called the store on Covell and 41st was told they are not affiliated with the store. Told them I know managers talk and someone needs to get a hold of someone and tell them to shut their mobile ordering off. I asked how I was supposed to get my $$ money back and was told I should contact the store where the transaction was made. Not cool!!!!

Horrible experience here the past week at the East 10th location in Sioux Falls.. Kept coming back thinking they could redeem themselves on the poor service. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe every time and it's never right. I used to work for Starbucks so I know how they are made, it's not even hard to follow a customer's wants for a drink.
