I asked for an iced caramel macchiato but with brown sugar syrup instead of vanilla. They gave me iced milk with brown sugar syrup. No coffee. How does a barista forget to put the coffee in the drink? Especially when what I ordered was so simple. Just milk and a ristretto shot and brown sugar syrup.

We all knoo whaaa Starbucks is.... Don't we.. Well, my fav is the ? bread.. ice coffee.. pretty much everything in there.. I just WISH they had soft seats . Sitting on a hard chair just wants me to leave right away.. anywho.. luv this place. p.s. they the only ones that can misspell my name.. cuz service an quality is worth it..!!
Star bucks, Wonderful place and very clean
We just stopped in Starbucks inside Hy-vee to start our loooong journey back to Alabama. We had the most personable, kind guy take our order. His name is Jakob. I just wanted to take the time to recognize him and let everyone know what a great employee you have on staff!! I wish everyone we come in contact with, not just when ordering coffee but everyone everywhere, had his pleasant personality. Thank you, Jakob.
