Place is terrible to their workers. All their PR is lies. Don't give this business money.Things are so bad workers have been trying to unionize and Starbucks is spending millions to stop it instead of just taking care of their workers.
The gentleman that took my order was very helpful and accommodating. When I got up to the window he noticed I had my dog and offered to make a pup cup. I told him if it was a small one. He made one for my pup and even asked if it was small enough before giving it to him. He also made the best iced white mocha I have ever had!
The drive thru line looks misleadingly long because of the building being a bank before but the staff work very hard to get their customers thru as quickly as possible with your order correct. If you need to be somewhere at a specific time, either order online or give yourself plenty of time for the best coffee in town. Starbucks isn't fastfood; perhaps Caribou and Scooters are. If you come during a busy time, be patient. The baristas can only make the drinks so fast if you want it right and if other orders were placed before you, take your turn! Clearly they do an excellent job not just in serving high quality product but also excellent service or they wouldn't be so busy all the time. You get what you pay for; want cheap, fast coffee? Go to the gas station! I love how it's a fun, friendly environment and they care about you!
The manager was very rude. Apparently it illegal to walk up to the drive thru and order coffee. Even the customer in the car said no it’s not.
Greatest coffee experience of my life! I am in the store every morning and i heartily enjoy the Camaraderie in this place! The baristas and others really make me feel at home. 3000/10 would recommend to everyone!

Amazing staff, drinks came fast and one of the baristas really had a dumpy. Over all impressed
VERY disappointed!! Pulled up to the drive up and was totally ignored so we pulled up to the drive up window and continued to be totally ignored. Checked to see if they were in fact open and they were. The two refused to acknowledge that we were there and then waved us off to leave! They did not even come to the drive up window to explain. I looked at there hours and it says they are open until 8:30pm. We went to Caribou and happily got our coffee there.
Jesus... sort out your drive thru if that's all you do now? I won't even stop because you are guaranteed to make me late for work and I just want a simple black cup of coffee.
