I've been here when it's good but lately it's awful.First off, half of the ordering stalls have broken screens. It's been this way for months.I ordered two shakes and waited for over 20 minutes. The entire drive through got their order and still no shakes. I had to go in and ask for them. They were sitting on the counter...I am done going to sonic.

This was the first Sonic I had ever visited many years ago and it was such a cool looking, fun place. Unfortunately, that's probably the last time they ever did any maintenance. Most of the screens don't work anymore. When I got there, the drive thru was closed so I had to park my car. The place is run down and beat up. I ordered a Blast that came to about 7 bucks. All I had was a $50 bill for cash or I had to use a card. After waiting over 10 minutes for the order, the kid that came to the car was about 16, tops. I asked if he had change for a $50 and he said "I'll see." He disappeared for about five minutes. I honestly thought he had ripped me off. When he came back, he tried to give me about $5 in change. When I corrected him and told him I had given him $50 and he owed me $43 in change, he nervously laughed and disappeared again for another few minutes. He brought back the correct change, handed it to me, and then stood there and stared at me. I was so gob smacked, I didn't realize that he was waiting for tip. It was the weirdest experience. 20 minutes for fricken ice cream!

Coming from Kansas, I absolutely love sonic but the service at this location is horrendous. We've literally just sat at a stall with the red button active for over 10 minutes, at which point an automated announcement came on that they are closing the stalls and to go through the drive through. Sat behind 3 other cars for 5 more minutes before leaving, the first car in the drive through hadn't even got their order taken yet even though there were literally no other customers to help. Obviously the crew is intentionally ignoring customers, absolutely absurd. I have had thousands of good experiences at sonic but this location is in a league of its own... in the worst way. This all happened with over an hour left before they close so it wasn't even a last minute thing.

Every single time we go to Sonic, I always wonder why we bother giving it another chance. We won't be coming here ever again. Service is always slow, food is never fresh, and this last time we ordered through the app, when we got to the restaurant to pick up our order, an employee told us they were out of corndogs, and he would take it off our order. We still got charged for food we never received. Go somewhere else.

First of all, my experience was AWFUL!! I wish I got give Sonic a 0. The girl at the speaker seemed as though she didn’t want to be there and was rude. She didn’t understand our order even though we ordered something right off the menu with no alterations. Then we were greeted by an unpleasant young man who treated us veryyyyy poorly. He was lowly creepy and wasn’t willing to help us out when asking for assistance since our price for 4 drinks seemed outrageous. But he was being so rude we just wanted to leave. I will NEVER return to Sonic. The drinks were awful and there something in my drink that wasn’t part of it. It was gross and it made me sick to my stomach. If you are an avid goer of Sonic, how? Because this place is awful.

Three cars in front of me at the drive through. Ordered one meal and a shake. Got into the drivethough at 415 pm. Arrived at the window at 430. Recieved food at 450 pm.No apology for the ridiculous wait time. When I got my food the toast was soggy. All in all this place only got 1 star because I actually got my food. SONIC should be ashamed of this franchise. 3 Cars should never equal an almost hour wait

Tater tots were extremely hard and crunchy. Also , my hot dog was like warm .... Sat in the drive through line for over 45 minutes.

I love sonic but I really wish we had another location here. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go here they mess up my order, it never fails. It's on the receipt. I pay extra for things but they still can never get it right. Also this is how I received my chili cheese dog after an hours wait. Cold and barely put together. And no it's not all stuck to the sleeve.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, ever. If you enjoy waiting entirely too long for your order, talked down to from a snotty teen, laughed at, then go ahead and go. Unfortunately our trips to Sioux Falls will not include Sonic anymore.

As I can see from previous reviews others have had issues here. I really don't post anywhere about anyplace at all but as mentioned it clearly needs to be under new management. I ordered 2 drinks at a stall to-go clearly. They were nice, I saw on the screen "on our way" waited. Screen went clear and I waited . . . For 30 min. and I had to re oder my drinks because they never made it out. There was hardly anybody even there. 2 people in drive thru. Clearly just didn't even care to try and make sure they made the order out correctly.
