I love the food at Slims. But don't go there after 8pm. I get off work at 9-915 some days and go to slims because it's super close. I'm never there past 930. Lately when I go there to try to order my food I'm hit with "we don't have wings, we're out of pickles.." "OK, can I get a club sandwich?" This is the most ridiculous answer I've gotten "were not doing sandwiches." Excuse me? What? You're not doing what's on the menu. What can I get? Just tenders and fries.....that's all they're willing to make. I will only be visiting this establishment for the early hours. Your night crew seems rude and not willing to make the food that's on the menu. I could understand if I was there at 955. But 930....come on now. I work retail....I know how they feel...but this is just terrible customer service.
We had a large order for 100+ people at a graduation part and the team at the S Loiuse location exceeded expectations! Hot, quality food ON TIME and all the sauces we wanted. THANK YOU to the entire team that made our experience so amazing. We had numerous compliments at how good it all was. Keep up the great work - we'll definitely be back!!
Really good food, even having it delivered I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but was very satisfied. Good prices, wings were decent size, and the website is very user friendly.
Best chicken strip meal ever. Loved all of their sauces. The packaging makes it really easy to eat on the go if you have to. Everything was fast and great!

Went for lunch on a Monday holiday with the family. Service was quick and the food was good. The restaurant could use more effort to keep tables clean after use though. Many were quite dirty after being used. Overall not too bad of an experience.
I normally get excellent service. This time they goofed my order. Made it right the second time. We go here for chicken as our first choice chicken place. Would like to see more variety and more standard side choices.
It was disgusting. They do not clean the dispenser nozzle from their fountain drinks. We let the employees know and showed them what was inside their drink and they did not appear to care and did not do anything about it. I'm probably going to get sick because of their unsanitary practice.
I usually like ordering from slim chickens but recently they don't seem to be able to get everything in the order. First few times the forgot the extra sauce I ordered. Today they left off the toast. It ma seem petty but when you are looking forward to your meal and they mess it up its very disappointing.
Very clean place with good chicken! French fries were hot and crispy. Great selection of teas: peach, raspberry, and just regular sweet tea. Slim sauce was pasty and a bit disappointing. The toast was also pretty average. Good stop for lunch overall!
