We were recommended by the hotel front desk of a burger restaurant that wasn't a chain brand. Ordered the Mac n cheese with shredded pork and BBQ sauce. It was very good. Husband ordered the BBQ hamburger with waffle fries and son had the Mac n cheese burger. Both sandwiches were very good. The restaurant is big with tvs with sports and a bar. Decor is old car memorabilia and bicycles hung from the rafters.
I had the Mac and cheese burger. Burger was pretty good. The Mac and cheese was a bit bland, but salt and pepper helped. The Chocolate milkshake was also very good. Nice stop in Sioux Falls!
Service was awesome and the food is delicious! The menu has a large variety of food options with many ways to customize! Great place to go with or without kids!
I'll do the Good, the Bad and the Ugly.The Good: Great menu selection. Waitress Ashley S was excellent!! She was on top of everything and very attentive!! Mac N Cheese bowl was really goodThe Bad: My chili cheese fry burger was WAY over cooked. Chili had no seasoning. Chicken Ceaser salad was average at best. No parmesan crisps or really anything special to brighten the salad up.The Ugly: The pretzel bites have no pretzel salt at all and the Beer cheese dip was terrible.Would I come back?? Yes, to try more items from that awesome menu but I'll try the place next door before I return.
Overall experience was good. I wasn’t thrilled with the boneless wings. Hubby’s burger was good. Great beer selection. The Mango wheat was great! Bartender was good.
After a long day of driving (13 hours) we stopped at Sickies to enjoy some good comfort food. We're so glad we did! We were lucky enough to get Alexandra S as our server and she was just what you need for a pick-me-up after so much time in a car! She was helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and willing to customize things to accommodate food allergies. We enjoyed burgers that were well prepared and tasty along with some of the local brew. Altogether the food was great bar/pub food and the service just made the entire experience exceptional.
We like to eat at places we don’t have back home and our hotel had a coupon for $5 off of $25 or more so we decided to give it a try. With the staff shortage across the country we expected long delays, however there was no delay at all and the food was terrific. We all enjoyed our meals and the chicken was delicious and juicy. I don’t remember the name of our server unfortunately but she was great. The only critique is that the fries were not as hot as they should be, but we ate them.
Food was great server and rest of staff were fun, really enjoyed our dinner this evening. Recommend the local Sickies Very Highly.
The service was great we were never lacking anything at our table and the hamburgers we had we juicy and very tasty. Everything was great from the moment we sat down to the moment we left.
I don't see what people see in this place. I guess the best thing they have going for them is all topping to cover up the taste of the actual burger. I took a visiting friend there and was seriously embarrassed.
