Very nice hotel, very clean, I really appreciate Grant for getting me checked in and helping me with the accommodations. He also recommended a great place for Pizza. Thank you very much.The rooms are clean, they have nice bathrooms, the AC worked great and it was very hot outside. I had everything in the room I needed, including a refrigerator and TV small couch and desk to work on.Thank you Sheraton
Nice facility, but had a few issues with the visit. The morning breakfast buffet was not free. I've stayed at hotels that were half as nice as this facility and had outstanding breakfast layouts with more choices free of charge. I also noticed the curtains in the room were ripping apart. I had a light out over the bathroom which couldn't be fixed due to a melting ballast. Also ran out of the liquid hand soap and asked for more from a non English speaking staff member who never brought the soap. When I returned to the room later, there was no soap and when I called the front desk, I was told to come get it myself. Probably will not return.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was designed very well. The center courtyard with the bar and water features was nice. The pool was a decent size and we enjoyed it. There was plenty of parking. It was conveniently located and easy to find. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Great hotel! It was one of our favorite hotels on this trip.
As I write this review, we’re cooling off in our room and avoiding the 100° South Dakota heat. We checked out of our room early this morning, because my son had a swim meet. He ended up making finals, which meant we had 4 hours to kill between sessions. The hotel graciously allowed us to come back and rest for a while, and I can’t tell you how much that meant to us. Combine that with a friendly gentleman at the front desk, and also the amazing interactions we had with the restaurant and bar crews, and it was a delightful stay. Everyone has made an effort to greet us, even when they were extremely busy. The room was very clean and fresh towels were brought twice during our 3-day stay. The decor and room is a little bit dated and in need of some renovations, but it’s clean and fresh. We had a great stay and sincerely appreciate the staff.
Whenever we travel, I go to Marriott Bonvoy 1st to find rooms (member since 2012). We were in Sioux Falls for a huge softball tournament & went to have breakfast. A very nice waitress told us that we needed a coupon & to go to the front desk to get 1. We were dismissed by whoever the manager was because we didn't book our room through the visitors bureau. A simple breakfast coupon for my daughter & I would've made our morning easier. We drove through McDonald's for breakfast on our way to the field. I'm also a Hilton member & we'll go that route next time.
This is one of the premier establishments in Sioux Falls. It is in extremely close proximity to the airport. The rooms are kept meticulously clean, and the comfort level of the beds is absolutely fantastic. The hotel also boasts a solid gym and plentiful parking spaces. Great place to stay.
When we arrived Dee was very nice to talk to and very helpful. She give my husband and I a map with places we might want to go visit. We thought that was AWESOME of her to do that and we did go see some of the things on there. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. When we checked out Dee was happy that we had a nice time and took time to talk to us not just rush us in and out at check-in or at checkout. We will be coming back soon. We are already planning next trip.
Average Sheraton. Clean rooms and friendly service. Typical breakfast buffet, which is complimentary for platinum members. Close to stadiums. Nice play to stay if you passing through Sioux Falls. Family friendly. Hotel would benefit from remodeling, but it is ok.
Was there one night for business. The gentleman that checked us in was very warm and friendly and check in went smooth. The room was much larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I return. The plus is also the short ride to the airport!
Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel, the downside of property is it's distanced from downtown where all restaurants are, you must have a car to stay here, there is nothing nearby this hotel as far as food, the nearest restaurants are 4 to 5 miles away.Though the hotel have thier own restaurants but opened only for breakfast and dinner only.I give them 5 stars based on the warm welcome by the front desk staff, as freindly employees will make the difference in your stay.Enjoy your stay
