At the sycamore and 41st kiosk location I ordered an iced americano with light cream. Safe to say I can barely taste any coffee & there’s no color in the drink. Absolutely vile. I couldn’t tell how much cream was actually in it because they slopped it on the top and crammed the lid on. Not only is it disgusting but it leaked all over me and my car. Love that I paid almost $5 for it.

This is the WORST location in town. The staff is untrained, unfriendly and the manager should not be running any location! Not only do they mess up my order nearly daily the customer service is downright horrid! If this was the only location for Scooter's I would switch to Starbucks it's so bad!!
Wanted to give this company a fair chance. I was unfortunately disappointed with the taste of my beverage. - Also for those on the go that would like to drink it immediately without burning yourself, be prepared when asking for something not so hot to have it called 'childs temperature' multiple times.

I went for the fall coffee flavors and left with my dog being just as obsessed as I am. The ladies were fantastic and Spud and I will be back
One of the worst scooters I’ve been to in town. I’ve had lots of drinks made wrong but always just brushed it under the rug but today was just completely a new level of outrageous. I had my boyfriend pick up a watermelon cucumber with greentea/lemonade in a large cup. He even showed the text I sent him to them and charged for L Quencher and L Lemonade. I called to get it sort out and they right away said that it was his fault and that there wasn’t good communication. I just asked for ONE drink they work at a coffee store, it’s not that hard to comprehend. As I pull up to their store for the refund they automatically had an attitude and was talking about us and making side comments Cole said “I’ve never had to deal with a situation like this “ as the other two girls laughed. The one that issued a refund for just the lemonade was the assistant manger as she stated named ASH. What type of hospitality are you showing for your associates to act like that, even so for yourself. No type of respect. Will not be going here at all very dissatisfied.
