This place is amazing the coffee is really good. Going here later in the day is the best because no line lol, but the customer service is awsome, they always have a smile, and I think that it is in a good location.
I like them. but there is one male that works there blondish hair older maybe 30-40’s he’s rude. it says on their website they can modify any food item but when I came to this location he rudely & blankly said “No” to me when I asked for my everything bagel to be a turkey patty. I just had done this at the 12th st location yesterday so I’d assume all locations work the same? he said “okay” when I told him the other location had done it. I do not complain honestly working in the hospitality business. I get it but wow
I always go the scooters on east 10th st. Today they tried to charge me $1 more then what they already told me. And the manager decided he didn't wanna do his job and slammed the window in my face. So i went to a different one.
They must not have a script to follow when asking for your order, they don't tell you your total before getting to the window. My coffee is always perfect tasting. However our two everything bagels have cold spots in them. Maybe nuking them individually would help with this.
I love scooters but would go more if there was one up on North Cliff near 60th street with all of the fast food places.
Smoothies are excellent.
