Fantastic service. Parking lot is difficult to access due to construction, but product and service are worth the effort!
We had our PTA meeting schedule for the conference room. I got myself a chai tea latte. Very quick service, and the room was definitely quiet! Great experience!
Food is poor quality and too salty. Espresso is worse. No micro foam in almond latte, huge bubbles and over steamed. No coffee flavor to it either. The Americano had less color than green tea and tasted like water. McDonalds is far better….
I go to this scooters everyday, but I will never go there again after the experience I had today! She said her name was Bella. I came and ordered what I order everyday! But today it was wrong so I came back through drive though gave them the coffee and they told the girl don’t throw it away I get my new coffee back and it’s the same way but they just put some peanut butter in it. I think they kept my old coffee and just put a new lid on it and thru some peanut butter in it because it still tasted like the snickers with a little peanut butter in it. I always order the peanut butter Reese’s cup I know how it tastes. They gave me snickers then instead of correcting it they just thru peanut butter in it. Never again will I got there! I have never been treated so ugly. I felt like she was judging me off my appearance. Also gave them a tip the first time I went through. I recommend going to the scooters on 33rd and Minnesota. Way better customer service!
Absolutely love Scooters Coffee, however, I was very disappointed to hear that the location across from Jefferson High School is going to be drive-thru only. I would think with the School right there it would be set up like the 41st street location with a conference room.
Love Scooters staff. They saw my pups in the backseat and offered them a treat. My pups loved the experience as much as my daughter and me.
I like the amount of seating at this location compared to just drive thru at a bunch of other locations. When it comes to their drinks though, Scooters would not be my first choice unless I have a coupon or they offer me a free drink etc. through their app. Their chai is meh, and their matcha latte is fake, watery and not good tasting. All of my friends said they did not care for the coffee drinks they got today either. The only drink I’ve slightly enjoyed from them was their refreshers. Otherwise, I’d say Scooters is probably not worth your money…
Clean, comfortable atmosphere and enjoyed a nice hot cup of tea with a cinnamon roll.
EDIT: A big part of Scooters brand revolvs around the smile. They put smile stickers on their cups, they call their reward points Smiles, and on their employment signs say they want smiling faces.Recently, this store started requiring their employees to wear face masks latterly hiding the thing that they built their brand on.Now, entering the location, you can no longer see the smiling faces, you can barely hear the baristas behind the masks. The services and experience has dropped significantly.So, I have changed my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star to reflect this.This is the best scooters location in the area. The staff is always great, the space is clean and not too loud. There's also a study/conference room you can use or reserve for free!As for the coffee, this is a matter of preference. Most of the time I get a simple dark roast. It is better than Coffea and on par with Starbucks, however, unlike Starbucks it is always avaliable and piping hot!The lattes are too sweet for my taste. There not bad with extra espresso but for myself I prefer Starbucks. However, this location is across the street from the Highschool so I imagine these sweet lattes are more popular with high-school students.
First time to Scooter's! What a lovely and cute coffee shop. Great customer service and friendly staff. A conference room is available even if needed for meetings.
