I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS LOCATION AT ALL! IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION FOR MONTHS WITH THINGS BEING WRONG HERE AND THERE MOST OF THE TIME. BUT TODAY WAS HORRENDOUS AND THIS TIME I WILL BE COMPLAINING.TODAY I ORDERED TWO DRINKS AND A SANDWICH, I GO UPTO THE WINDOW TO PAY I ONLY WANT TO SCAN FOR POINTS HOW EVER WHEN I SCAN AND THE WORKER SEES THIS TOO THATS WHAT IM DOING AND GOING TO PAY WITH ANOTHER CARD, HE HANDS THE CARD THE CARD READER OUT THE WINDOW AND I SAY ITS NOT SHOWING ANYTHING. THE KID SAYS IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR… HOW WELL MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED!!!NEXT HE SAYS IT WILL BE A MOMENT ON MY DRINK AND SLAMS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE.AFTER THAT HE OPENS IT JUST SLIGHTLY AND ASKS IF I WANT WHIP ON MY DRINK I SAY SURE HE SLAMS THE WINDOW AGAIN!NOW HE OPENS IT AND GIVES ME MY DRINK AND SAYS SORRY ABOUT THE WAIT AND SLAMS IT AGAIN..SERIOUSLY THIS IS SO RUDE! HE NEVER HELPED FIX THE ISSUE WITH WHAT WAS CHARGED, HE JUST WAS LIKE “OH SORRY” HE TRIED HANDING OUT THE WRONG DRINK, HE SLAMMED THE WINDOW MULTIPLE TIMES ON ME.AND WELL FRANKLY TODAY MY ‘COFFEE’ TASTES LIKE SLIGHTLY FLAVORED WATERED DOWN MILK!
if i could give 0 stars i would. sat outside there drive through for almost 5 min and literally nothing. I watched them help a person as I was pulling into the parking lot too

I'd give my experience 0 stars if I could. It's just a drive thru, so you can't go inside. It's expensive. We only went because we had a coupon that they wouldn't honor. Two thumbs way down, I don't recommend.
Supposed to open at 6 get there at 603 says open wait until 605 and no one takes orders worst one yet
They have some really nice sugar free options and their coffee is some of the best!

My beverage wasn't blended enough and had alot of ice chunks. But was still good
The 57th street Scooter's in Sioux Falls needs to pay attention to orders as a medium coffee with half and half is not suppose to be green. I don't know what they gave me but I dumped it down a Sioux falls sewer drain. I was disappointed as I paid good money for that coffee and couldn't even drink it.
This is a go to right on my way to work. Love the friendly people and I am a go to Chai drinker, but I do try their seasonal specials, that appeal to me, and really haven't been disappointed.
