Everything on the Vietnamese menu is phenomenal. Absolutely love it. Highly recommend everyone try the vn7 n the vn12 for sure

I recently moved to the part of town where Sai Gon Panda is located. I always am game to try a new Chinese restaurant, so we called in a to go order. (They don’t have delivery.) Not every place has black pepper chicken, so I definitely wanted to try it. This was excellent! We ordered black pepper chicken, chicken lo mein, and sesame chicken. All was very good. The chicken was big chunks of meat and wasn’t mainly breading. The fried rice was plentiful and good, but the entrées was better. I definitely will order from here again. It was comparably priced to similar restaurants, if not slightly cheaper.

We are continually trying out restaurants in the Sioux Falls area looking for a favorite, but have had poor luck finding the best Chinese Food. The Vietnamese food is pretty decent, but not such good luck finding really good Chinese food. It seems that the majority of Japanese Sushi places are run by Chinese people, the majority of Chinese are run by people from Cambodia not that there is anything wrong with the people but I find it odd and not that great of food. Just of course my opinion but I have spent a lot of time in Asia and know not only the languages but the foods as well,
Very good. Meal for 2. Wonton soup was very flavorful & hot. Egg rolls & wonton were fresh, hot & crisp. Mongolian beef was good as well as the Kung Pau chicken. The only thing wrong was the fried rice could have been fresher. Great service.
Excellent food and service, authentic American Chinese and Vietnamese. So good, I know why they have been there for decades.
Ordered the seafood soup. it came with 3 tiny shrimp and a whole bunch of this fake crab stuff that screams low quality and cheap. After I took out all the highly processed Frankenstein mystery meat there was pretty much nothing but water left in the bowl. Very disappointed.
