Slow service, someone in the back was having a meltdown and yelling making the atmosphere in the restaurant unbearable (for nearly an hour). When we finally got our food nearly an hour later it was probably the worst think I've ever had an a sit-down restaurant, lukewarm and soggy and didn't get all the food at the same time. Should have just went to panda express.
Food was fresh and tasty. We love the roast pork egg foo young among other things.
Ordered the egg foo young. Never in my life have I ever been served in this container. They poured gravy in it causing it to leak and the bag break. This is common sense. Please don’t go here
I got some kind of slimy beef. It was late I was starving or as I wouldn't have even tried it. Never in my life have I been so sick. I got a good mind to go back and make them eat the piece of meat that was left over. I'm not from around here but if you are you're definitely taking a chance.Life in your own hands kind of chance.
I'm not usually one to leave a review but the only good thing about the place was the friendly staff. The silverware, drink cups, and condiment cup all had a brown layer of gunk on them that could be scraped off with a fingernail. The kids shrimp was chewy and brownish color. The sweet and sour chicken was alright. But if the servingware they put in front of customers is that dirty, I'd hate to see the kitchen.
I ordered from this place for the 1st time and nevet again! Awful food! Over price! Terrible customer service. Long story short the so called cook should be fired. He thinks he is the manager and owner and cook. He said it was my fault the food was wrong and my fault it wasn't full. I will never support this place. He disrespected me. I asked for the owner and he told me they are in China. If you are reading this and you are the owner, I advise you to fire him. I'll never let my friends and family order from here.
Terrible Terrible food! The cook is awful. The owners need to figure out they are losing customers because of the cook. If you like good food I would advise you to look elsewhere.
I don't like to leave bad reviews but the food was so bad today, I need to warn others. I ordered the Generals chicken and Cashew chicken. It was so far beyond disgusting I threw it in the trash. You can just taste the total lack of passion by whomever is cooking.The fried rice was more like white sticky rice. Whoever is in charge of this place has totally checked out. Floors were dirty, ceiling decorations were covered in dust.How this place plans on staying in business is beyond me. I'm not even joking when I say I've had better microwavable Chinese food from the Walmart freezer. Not to mention $27 for 2 lunch specials. Then after 2 bites, right in the trash. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here...my lord people!! Seriously??!!
We used to come here, but it has become WAY overpriced: $16 for a lunch (small) dish of pad tai - which is essentially noodles and bean sprouts. Will never eat here again!
Another reviewer said it's the luck of the draw here, and I completely agree with that. I'm new to Sioux Falls and came here for the first time today but won't return. There was a hair in my rice (fortunately they remade it), the sauce for the sesame chicken was too sweet for my taste, the Wonton soup was good, the vegetable egg roll was meh. Lady server was nice, Ill give credit for that. I've had Chinese food in California where I'm from, Minnesota, Virginia and Nevada. All places I've been were better than here. Definitely see what else is in Sioux Falls before coming here.
